“Nice hotel, would come back. Friendly and nice staff, big rooms. Good cleaning by cleaning staff. Wifi was very good. Location perfect. The rooms are a bit worn and could need some TLC and modernization. There is a lot of notes, special document to sign at check-in about need to be quiet, visitors etc. to the point where it feels more as an obsession to have it everywhere than actually a problem seen to the guests that were at the hotel. Never seen it as this at any hotel in the all the hotels...

“The room was amazing. More supplies and ammenities than we ever would have expected. Communication with the team members was very good. They made sure that we were all set up and then made themselves available if we needed anything (which we did not, but it was comforting to know that they were available). The neighborhood had some people who were 'down on their luck', but the building had security and the entry door was very close access for the taxi, so we always felt secure.”

“Clean room amazing hotel and location... Would recomend to anyone. Lobby bar even meet amazing people. Front staff great and inviting check in and check out super smooth. Room is a nice upgrade with great bathrooms and amenities with a tv in the mirror. Staff is super thoughtful and really remember you. Pool and ammenties are fantastic... with staff help and clean all over. Lobby bar is a must. Would recommend to stay again.”

“Fick ett rum som var handikapputrustat inget vi efterfrågat, tappade lite charm i badrummet. Kallt rum och svårt att få en bra temperatur. Städning bara varannan dag vilket inte var ok tyckte vi som själva fick gå ut med sopor och nöja oss med blöta handdukar. Dyrt hotel med låg standard och service. Ingen vidare frukost och allt på engångstallrikar och bestick. Vad betalar vi för ? Skön säng och ok läge, det var nog det enda som var över medel”

“Wonderful location! The suites are beside Wellesley Station. Very easy to explore the city. Suites are very spacious and clean and comfortable. My family loved it! We recommend it to everyone!”

“Very courteous and accommodating staff. The suite we had was spotless. They felt the need to mention the price of the cocktails in the restaurant but I later heard that it is because of the tariffs effecting alcohol shipments that they are being cautious with what they serve. All in all an amazing experience, will definitely be returning in the very near future. 10/10”

“Good location, close to the shopping streets but still quiet. The cleaning on the 15th floor, where we stayed, was excellent and the staff was nice. Good that breakfast was included but the selection there was not that extensive; there were few healthy options and it was sometimes difficult to get a seat. We stayed at the hotel in early August when the weather was very hot. However, the AC in the room was very effective so the indoor climate was pleasant. We would happily recommend this hotel.”
