“Off the main road which was good. We thought it was a nice, pleasant place to stay within a short drive of Chester. I would recommend this place to friends visiting the area. We were just a couple that stayed for a week whilst building work was completed on our house and found it competitively priced so if you are a group of 4 then it would represent even better value. “Droppande vatten från en lampa förstörde både min sömn och min upplevelse. När badrummet dessutom har flagnade färg och smutsigt filter är set inte bra. Förväntade lig betydligt mer från ett 5 stjärnigt hotell. ”

“ There was no storage for some clothing items. pants, socks, t shirts etc. There was no window opening presumably due to safety reasons and the air conditioning was very difficult to set correctly.”

Överraskande fräscha rum (vi bodde både i gamla och nya delen) genomgående trevlig personal. Nära att promenera på den romerska muren och till centrum. Lugnt och säkert område. Kan bara säga gott om The Boathouse and Riverside rooms!”

“The room had a lot of spiders (dead and alive as welll, and spider webs everywhere. Could you see them more properly when the lights were on and you saw them going from the lamps to the ceiling and between the desk and the wall. When they cleaned the room they left stains on the sheets. Breakfast was mediocre, there was no fresh vegetables and the only vegetables they did have were fried mushrooms or baked tomatoes ”
