Adjacent to the living area, a fully equipped open kitchen provides everything needed for self-catering, including an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. Also on this level, 1 private room features 1 single bed measuring 80 cm and 1 French bed measuring 160 cm, with direct access to the garden.
