“Clean hotel. Nice employees. Not a fancy resort but a great place to stay for a few days.”

“Pool cooled you off so well being in the ho”

“Clean rooms”

“The deadbolt on the door failed to work and the maintenance guys came in while we were out and " fixed" the deadbolt, they subsequently then, left our room door wide open all day. No communication from the staff of mangers. The room smelled of stale cigarettes and weed, the sheets were all stained and ripped. I get its a 2 star hotel but cleanliness and communication are priority in any hotel stay. Every evening our key had to be reprogrammed due to the ancient system! The sticky stain on the...

“I must say that the staff is super friendly, both the valet parking, in the restaurant, and in the reception. Therefore, I give them 5 out of 5. The breakfast was also nice. But the hotel itself and what you get for the money… it is not worth the price. It should be at half the price, then the rating would be significantly higher. **Payment** The hotel doesn’t accept cash at all, apparently to save on cash handling. I am extremely disappointed. “Very outdated!”

“The paint in the bathroom was falling off and rust showed through. Every time housekeeping came they took all the towels and wouldn't replace them. We would call the front desk and they made us come down every night to get more towels instead of bringing them up to replace what housekeeping took.”

“The property itself is in a decent location, relaxing, and is close to restaurants.”

“I did not like the cobwebs and bug bodies in the shower. Also, cobwebs hanging between the front ceiling heating/cooling unit and the TV indicated a. Long time since the previous cleaning. The bathroom sink faucets did not have running water. I think the black flecks on the kitchen counter are flecks of mold from the ceiling heating/cooling unit in the kitchen area. At this price I expect washable plates, glassware, and stainless flatware, not plastic ware, paper plates, and plastic drinks...

“Really enjoyed our stay. So friendly staff, great location and cool interior! Would for sure stay here again if we would come to Austin again.”

“The BnB was in a really good place, near downtown. The host Bryan and Sherry was so friendly and welcoming! And the room was excellent and really clean. We loves it!”
