External Description



Villa Bucatino is a splendid villa in Northern Umbria, just 2 km from Citerna, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy.

Surrounded by a large private garden (about 6000 m2) with lawn, the villa boasts a beautiful pool (10.5 x 5.5 m, depth 100 - 180 cm), open from 27 June to 7 September, and equipped with sunbeds and parasol.

Among the outdoor spaces you will also find a private parking for 10 cars, and a patio with dining table and barbecue, ideal for alfresco lunches/dinners.

Please note that the owners of the villa will periodically come to feed their dogs which live in a separate enclosure from the building.



Internal Description



Villa Bucatino is spread over 4 floors, and can accommodate up to 8 people, has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. Pets are allowed upon request. 1 baby cot is available upon request.



Tavern: In the tavern you will find a laundry room, and an open-space living area made up of: a dining table for 10 people, sofa, tv, and a fully equipped kitchen (with oven, stove, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, toaster and refrigerator).



Ground floor: On the ground floor there is a sitting room/study, and a toilet.



First floor: The upper floor houses two double bedrooms (with non-divisible beds), and two bathrooms (one with shower and the other with bathtub).



Second floor: In the attic there is a living room (with sofa and armchairs), and a second kitchen (equipped with glasses, pots, plates and cutlery). Following are two bedrooms (one double with a non-divisible bed and one twin), and a bathroom with bathtub.

Prices and conditions



Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance.



Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (250.00€); extra cleaning (20.00€ per hour); extra linen change (20.00€ per person). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).



Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
