“It was mostly clean and functional but our shower could only shower, not switch to tub fill. We had 1 bar of soap to wash hands and bodies no shampoo or other toiletries. The breakfast was the stingiest cheapest junky crap I have ever seen, after inquiring the night before that there would be fruit, there were only empty bowls at 8:20 for a 9:00 end. White bread, junk cereal, no yogurt, I drank the coffee and left. As a gluten free individual my only option was unrefrigerated boiled eggs that...

“The desk clerk had not received notification of our booking. He was hard to hear, due to the Covid-era glass between us, his gravelly voice, and the fact that the TV volume was too loud in the lobby. The deadbolt on our room door had not been retracted, so the door wasn't really closed when we got there. The room itself was just passable. Breakfast was virtually non-existent: a pot of coffee and a few packets of instant oatmeal. Would not recommend.”

“The first room smelled like cat/dog urine. It was disgusting. They gladly moved us to the next room over which smelled fine and looked clean. When we were leaving to go to dinner we found our door could not be locked. Room 3 was disgusting. Room 4 smelled somewhat better, but not great. The light in the bathroom did not work but the desk clerk was able to fix, We had no choice but to stay as we would have lost our money. This hotel needs serious updating and cleaning! Would not stay here again!”

“You get what you pay for, so my bad, for going the cheap route. But I had to wipe feces off the toilet seat! The refrigerator interior was clean but the exterior was just horrible. The bed had pretty flimsy sheets on it but the 3 pillows were fine. The mattress was passable but the spring support was like sleeping on a pull sofa bed. If you stay, I would recommend the top floor as a precaution. I was on the second floor and was kept up by stomping feet on the floor above for the longest time....

“Non-smoking room smelled of smoke. As non-smokers, it was something that was immediately noticeable and affected our sleep. The shower was spewing water out of the handle as well as the shower head which caused a lack of shower pressure. Only had warm/hot water if the handle was turned in a certain spot. The food for breakfast was below expectations. The eggs were not a natural color and were afraid to even attempt to eat. Many of the items were gone before 8am and nobody seemed to be...

“Needs a lot of remodeling, painting, furniture, flooring, mattresses. Definitely not rated a 8 or even close, I say 4 at best folks. Breakfast was a joke, typical eggs like all other hotels but that was it. No meat of any kind. Waffles yes. Bananas yes but not ripe yet to eat. Coffee was too strong. Staff were friendly. Charged $20.00 a night for pet, ridiculously high.”
