This hotel has so many policies that are not listed in Expedia. The reception crew is rude and does not help to problem solve. No visitors allowed. I had friends and family that could not come visit because there was a 2 person limit in the room. We were only given one key to the room. We were constantly harassed and reminded not to bring visitors. At one point there was a sand storm and a woman with a baby was told she couldn’t come into the building because she lobby was at capacity. There are 20 chairs in the lobby but there is a max of 6 people. Just a terrible experience. It’s okay to have policies but make them known beforehand so that travelers can plan accordingly.
