Can Xala - Flat with a swimming pool near the sea

Can Xala is a ground-floor flat, fully refurbished and well laid out, offering a comfortable space for a peaceful stay in the residential area of Cala n Bosch.

On entering, you come into the living-dining room, a bright space featuring a 180 cm sofa, a 40-inch television, Wi-Fi, a side table and air conditioning.

In the same room, separated by a breakfast bar, is the kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee machine and kettle, as well as an indoor table with four chairs.

To one side, a small archway leads to the sleeping area. Here there are two bedrooms with windows overlooking the outside: one with a 150 cm double bed and a full-length mirror, and the other with two 90 cm single beds. Both have fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans to maintain a comfortable temperature during the warmer months. Between the two bedrooms is the bathroom, fitted with a spacious and practical shower ideal for holiday stays.

Outside, the private terrace offers a pleasant space to relax, with tiled flooring, a table, chairs, an awning and direct views of the communal swimming pool.

Its orientation – with no property directly opposite and neighbours only on the floor above – provides an added sense of calm and privacy, creating a comfortable setting in which to enjoy the summer.

As well as the swimming pool, the communal area features a children’s playground, designed so that children staying at the complex can play in complete comfort.

SERVICES

- The flat has Wi-Fi, bed linen and bath towels for all guests. Pool towels are also provided.

- The living room has air conditioning and the bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans.

- A cot and high chair are available on request; we recommend booking these in advance to ensure availability.

- The residential complex has a communal swimming pool divided into three areas, a children’s playground and a large green space.

- Although there is no private car park, the street surrounding the complex offers free parking spaces and it is usually easy to find a place to park.

OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS

- In accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021, in force since 2 December 2024, it is compulsory to complete the online registration for all guests and pay the tourist tax prior to arrival. This measure applies to all tourist accommodation in Menorca.

- The tourist tax is not included in the total price and costs 2.20 per person per night. The amount will be charged at the time of online registration via a link provided to the guest.

- Before arrival, and once registration and payment of the tax have been completed, we will send you all the information you need to access the apartment, as well as useful details for your stay. Should you have any queries or suggestions, we are available and will be delighted to assist you via our customer service team.

- A damage deposit of €300 will be charged on the day of arrival, by credit card. Once the property has been inspected and provided there are no issues, the amount will be refunded by the same method within 5 days of check-out.

- The accommodation provides a complimentary welcome kit containing basic cleaning products for kitchenware, toilet paper and bin bags upon arrival. Food items are not included, nor are they replenished during your stay, as these items are intended solely to cover your immediate needs.

- The furniture, décor or certain features of the property may have been refurbished or updated over time, so there may be slight differences compared to the photographs shown.

HOW TO GET AROUND

Transport is required to reach the centre of Ciutadella and to explore the island’s many coves and places of interest. Within the resort area, however, a car is not necessary, as the beach, marina and main amenities are all within a short walking distance of the apartment.

To explore Menorca, we recommend having your own vehicle, whether a car or a scooter, as it offers greater comfort and flexibility, while also providing access to more remote beaches and hidden corners of the island that are not served by public transport.

There is a bus stop very close to the apartment, with direct services to Ciutadella. From there, you can connect to other routes serving different parts of the island. Timetables may vary depending on the season, so we recommend checking the Mou-t Menorca website for the latest information.
