2 Bedroom villa located in the center of the Cala Blanca urbanization located in a cul de sac a few meters from the bars and restaurants, ideal to accommodate 4 people. It consists of 2 double bedrooms with air conditioning, one with a double bed and the other with 2 beds, and both share a bathroom with a shower.

The villa consists of a living room with a TV with digital channels, a dining room with a kitchen with breakfast bar. The kitchen with refrigerator, electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and the kitchen utensils. Outside we find a private pool with covered terrace with table and chairs. Built-in barbecue and solarium with sunbeds.

Parties and events of any kind are not allowed.

Escape Home reserves the right to request a mandatory security deposit for groups of young people under 26 years old. This deposit must be paid by card before arrival and will be refunded after check-out, once the condition of the property and the appropriate behavior of the group during the stay have been verified.

No pets allowed.

Tourism Tax:

In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, a Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodations in the Balearic Islands.

If this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid before arrival by card.
