Mycket trevligt hotell med hjälpsam värd
Vi stannade här en natt innan en kryssning. Mycket bra hotell med en väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam värd. Perfekt läge några hundra meter tågstationen och inte långt till bussen till kryssningsterminalen. Stora rum med sköna sängar. Enkel frukost. Skulle absolut bo här igen.

The property was close to our cruise port. The owner or proprietor was nice. The floors were very dirty. I actually wiped them up myself. We also asked for an invoice from the facility as we only stayed one night and we paid for two, however, Expedia told me if I got the invoice they would reimburse me as neither one of us could connect early enough to cancel within the right time frame.

Steffano was everything that all the great reviews said he would be. We arrived early from a cruise and waited at a corner coffee shop for 7Bell’s to open. Steffano came to the coffee shop, to find us and lead us upstairs to check in. We enjoyed the lovely terrace with a view of the streets and water while our room was readied. Steffano provided us with cups of coffee to enjoy while we waited. Room and establishment felt very safe and secure. It’s close to great restaurants and views. We would certainly stay here again when in the area.

This was a smaller property which included a continental breakfast, and had a large balcony off the breakfast room, where you could eat or have an afternoon beverage. The rooms were clean, roomy and up to date with a small fridge and a desk. Stefano, the inn keeper, was very pleasant and helpful. We would definitely return, if we were in Civitavecchia.

Stefano was so friendly and a great communicator prior and during our stay. He was helpful at suggested restaurants and even helped get us to our bus stop for catching our cruise the next day. Very clean rooms and all the amenities that we needed. Highly recommend!

This is a great location for local sightseeing or before/after a cruise. Also, it’s a fairly quick train ride to Rome. 7 Bells is small, clean and a very comfortable property. Great communication from Stefano who had a room ready for us on an early arrival.

Stefano and the 7Bell’s property was top notch. The level of customer service was unbelievable and I have never experienced such a caring and supportive person in a very long time. The rooms were nicely appointed with everything you could need. Breakfast, although we left too early to enjoy, was plenty and looked delicious. The neighborhood was beautiful, close to the ocean and to the port and very walkable with amazing restaurants and cafes nearby. If you have a moment, walk by the open air market! Will definitely recommend to anyone wanting to explore Civitavecchia!

Perfect
Excellent service.. arranged a driver to meet us from the airport. Great check in. Really empathetic to our elderly mothers needs.. ie requested a room on ground level. Gave us useful information to use locally. Continental breakfast.. perfectly adequate.. although there is a McDonald’s across the road. Arranged transport to the ships side. Highly recommend this simple apartment type accommodation.. central to everything. Well done.

Would recommend.
Gem of a small hotel in a building near the cruise ship terminal and the train station. Rooms are large, very clean and with a lot of attention to the details. Stefano could not have been more helpful, especially with our late arrival. I would recommend the hotel and will go back myself for a longer stay.

Quiet & comfortable
Nice location. Small but well-appointed room. Comfortable bed & pillows & very nice bathroom. Small communal dining area but breakfast is not served. Our host, Stefano, met us when we arrived & was helpful & friendly.

Initially miscommunication on check in but once in, all was fine. Fresh linen and towels. Once I showered and recovered from 30 hrs of no sleep, all was good. I would stay there again. In its price point, it’s a good deal.

Excellent Boutique Hotel Near the Cruise Port
Contacted us the night before arrival for passport information and approximate arrival time. Worked closely with us for an early arrival. When we arrived our room was ready. Check in was easy and explained quite well. We were shown how to enter the property after hours and how to operate everything in the room. We were even shown the easiest way to explore town. Very pleased with our stay. Highly recommended.
