Mas des Carrières – Provençal Holiday Home with Pool & Large Garden – Clansayes

The Mas des Carrières, a superb stone farmhouse renovated and isolated, located in a small typical village of the Drôme Provençale, combines authenticity and modern comfort for friendly and relaxing holidays in Provence.



During your stay, the two cats of the house will be able to keep you company.



This spacious and very bright house of 300 m² of living space, located on a closed and landscaped plot of 1,000 m², can comfortably accommodate up to 9 people.

•Friendly dining kitchen (filter coffee machines Nespresso)

•TV lounge and office space



1st floor:

•Room 1: 160 cm bed with private bathroom (walk-in shower)

•Room 2: 160 cm bed

•Room 3: 140 cm bed with wardrobe

•Office space with cupboard/wardrobe

•Bathroom with bathtub

•Separate toilet



2nd floor (under the roof, ideal for children):

•Dormitory with 4 single beds (90 cm)

•Play area, library, relaxation space



The rooms are equipped with fans.



Exteriors:

•The enclosed and tree-lined garden offers a typically Provençal setting, perfect for meals, naps in the shade or outdoor games

•Friendly terrace with covered area

•Electric plancha and gas plancha barbecue forbidden during heatwave/drought, instructions to be followed)

•Private swimming pool 8x4m, secured by a wrought iron fence and an old gate

•Pétanque court and ping-pong table



Practical Information:

•Bed and towel linen option: £120 per booking (upon request)

•Baby equipment available: high chair baby bed

•Electric car charging allowed for an additional £30 per vehicle for the stay, please contact us

•House classified as 3-star furnished tourist accommodation

•Deposit required: £1,500 (not cashed unless damage is noted)

•Holiday insurance (home extension) mandatory

•Note: a nearby riverside café organises an evening or show every other Saturday (information provided in advance)
