Our cozy two-bedroom 1 bath bungalow is perched in the national forest area of North Georgia just minutes from downtown Helen, GA, or Lake Burton. Whether you have come for lake time on Burton or a family fun vacation in Helen, GA, Blue Burton Bungalow is the perfect home base for your trip. Located on a quiet stretch of road, you have a large private backyard with a fire pit, a big back deck with a brand-new hot tub, and plenty of parking to bring the boat up to take to the lake. Our bungalow has been updated entirely inside with a modern lake vibe that is sure to please every guest. Comfortable beds and high thread count linens, a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs, and plenty of space to sprawl out and rest from the days adventures. Curl up and watch a movie in the living room, roast s'mores on the fire it out back, or unwind with a glass of wine in the hot tub. Our gas grill is the perfect spot to grill up a fresh catch from Lake Burton or prime steaks from Betty's Country Store in Helen. Fishing package available: Trout fishing in our private Blue Creek Trout pond stocked with Rainbow trout. Fishing Season: Spring, March1-June 15 and Fall, October 1 - December 31. Each package includes Access to the trout pond and blue creek area, catch and keep 10 trout max, no catch and release, bring your own fishing equipment, Add package at checkout or by calling the office.

We provide complimentary essential products to get you started for your stay, such as 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 trash bags, 2 laundry pods, 1 bath soap per bathroom, and 1 pack of coffee. Be sure to bring extra of these items and any other items you may need for your stay
