Beautiful, Spacious, Quiet Home-Central Location

Visiting Clarksville? Clarksville attracts people for many life events such as work, vacation or school. There is lots to do such as visiting local parks, splashpads, sports, a casino, the Marina, blueway and greenway trails, Austin Peay State University, and more. It is also only about a 45 minute drive to downtown Nashville if you want to enjoy some great restaurants, nightlife, or country music. No matter your reason for visiting, we hope to provide an enjoyable, relaxing place to stay!
The space
This home is very spacious with plenty of space for guests to relax and a kitchen large enough for a family to gather and prepare meals. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 half baths, a fully equipped kitchen with a Ninja Brewing System for coffee or tea, a living room, dining room, and finished basement. The dining room is large enough to gather and eat as a family or have family game night. There is a washer and dryer on site. There is a TV in each bedroom and one in the living room with a fire Stick and WIFI provided. The finished basement is a large space with a yoga mat, hand weights, and other minor exercise equipment for guest convenience. There is no smoking allowed on the premises. The garage is locked and not available for guest use. Also upon request, an Xbox One and some games are available. If you wish to use the Xbox, please message me at the time of booking, and I will be happy to make sure it is available for your enjoyment.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood in a cul-de-sac and is central to all local attractions. There are 2 driveways at the residence for your parking convenience. The home is about 15-20 minutes from I-24, about 15 minutes from the casino, 15 minutes to the Clarksville Speedway, about 10 minutes from downtown Clarksville, about 10 minutes from the Liberty Marina, 10 minutes from Ft. Campbell, 5 minutes from Heritage Park Sports Complex, and 5 minutes from the Clarksville Greenway walking trail. The local mall and restaurants are about 15 minutes driving distance.

We take pride in showing you a great time and want you to feel as comfortable as possible. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out. Also, as a courtesy to our guests, we offer catering services and breakfast, lunch, or dinner delivered upon request. If interested, you will contact us at the time of booking or no later than check-in, we will provide you with menu options and pricing, and you will choose a time for delivery. In addition, we provide toiletries upon request.

Betrayal! Stay Elsewhere!

We traveled 500 miles to spend Easter & spring break with my son and his family. I booked this house three weeks in advance, received confirmation as well as access details for the day of our arrival. We were scheduled to stay the Saturday before Easter through the following Tuesday. We showed up at the property and as we were standing on the porch preparing to enter, I could hear voices inside the home. I thought perhaps the cleaning crew was still there, even though we were 30 minutes past check-in time. Turns out there was a family inside who said they just moved in. Well, imagine our surprise (and theirs)! How does a family move into a property listed as a short-term rental?! I immediately contacted the owner to try to sort out what exactly was going on. He didn't answer so I left a message. Immediately after leaving my voicemail, I received a full refund. He then called and tried telling me that the place was double booked through two different sites (doesn't sound that way based on what the family inside told me!), and that he refunded me weeks ago. NOT! Despite that, he said he'd call his other VRBO friends in the area to see if someone had an opening that could host us. I'm not one to wait, especially since my family is now stranded with no place to stay FOR A HOLIDAY. Thankfully I got it sorted out because he never did bother to call me back. Stay elsewhere. This owner has no sense of honesty or integrity & didn't seem to care about what he did to my family!

Perfect little get away.

This house was the perfect place to stay. It took us less than 20 minutes to get to each place we wanted to go throughout our stay. And many places were only 5-10 minutes away. But it’s still tucked away in a nice quiet neighborhood.
