This luxurious home, boasting over 2,000 square feet, is tastefully decorated, and fully furnished with everything you need to call this your home away from home, for families and conventioneers alike!
Exclusively with The Chocolate Palace, with our Chocolate members we provide one pack of chocolate with your stay and we value making your experience 2nd to none.

The Included Resort Fee provides:
* Free Parking up to 4 vehicles
* Unlimited Free High Speed Internet Wifi and Cable TV in Living Room! (All rooms will have flat screen TVs! At least 32 inches in the bedrooms, and over 42 inches in the Living Room by November 14th.)
* Unlimited Access to all of the Chocolate Palace Amenities including: Large Chocolate Machine, Mini Bar, the Horse Room, Kereq Machine,
* Starter Kit of Shampoos, Dish and Clothes Detergent, Paper Towels, and Trash Bags etc. After these supplies are used, everything else needed during your stay is self-serve. (Walgreens, Publix, Walmart, Dollar General, and more is all within a 10 minute drive)
* Sheets, Bedding, Bath and Pool Towels are in every unit.
* Large Washer and Dryer in every unit.

Other things to note
No parties of any kind can be held at the Chocolate Palace. A list of all guests visiting with you must be provided before you check in.
No Local Charges/Additional Fees/Resort Fees are Required. Additional Fees apply for Pets, High Chairs, Pack and Plays, and any additional cleaning services you may want during your stay.
A mandatory $100.00 Credit/Debit Card authorization hold will be placed on the credit card provided at Check-In for any Incidentals. If no Incidental charges occur during the stay, no charge will be made to your credit card. All cards must be Bank issued in the Guest's name. Gift or cash cards are not accepted. The corresponding bank will process this pre-authorization. The Company will not be responsible for any overdraft or returned check fees associated with your bank account.
