We camped at "Big D's Pond", one of his two camping sites. The only drawback is that there's no place to wash/clean up. "Hippie baths" All in all, you will not be disappointed!”

“This place is super close to the Trak and Yak trip which we were in town for. It was a great location right in the middle of town. The only complaint would be the three window AC units did not cool the whole house. At least the evenings were cool to open the windows. I really enjoyed the journal that was left to write notes about guests stay. “This Fairfield Inn is superb for the cyclist travelling the GAP Trail and/or C&O Canal Trail. The hotel is literally right next to the trail, has a bike fix station outside, has a hose to wash a dirty bike, has two washer/dryers available, and has some bike parking in the hotel (or you can put bike in your room). Great staff. I felt very welcome at this particular hotel. ”
