The apartment measures 42 square meters and is ideal for 2–3 people.
It is a 1.5-room apartment.

The apartment features two sleeping areas. A door from the living room leads to a small room furnished with a comfortable 140x200 cm bed. A staircase leads to the loft, where you’ll find another sleeping area with a spacious 180x200 cm bed (two 90x200 cm mattresses). Please note that the loft does not have enough headroom to stand up, but it does offer a cozy place to retreat.

The kitchen has everything you could want and is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and a dishwasher. There is also a small electric oven that plugs into an outlet.

We’ve provided a solid basic set of cooking utensils for you in our kitchen.
You’ll find spices like salt and pepper, as well as olive oil and sunflower oil, already there.
To help you start your day off right, we’ve also provided everything you need for your morning coffee. You’ll find fresh ground coffee and the appropriate coffee filters. This way, you can treat yourself to a cup of aromatic coffee every morning.


From there, you can access the bathroom, which features a shower and a window.

The living room opens directly onto a charming balcony, which, with its southwest-facing orientation, is a true sun-drenched paradise.
Here you can relax after a long day while the sun slowly sets on the horizon and illuminates the sky with soft colors.
With a glass of wine in hand, you can spend the quiet evening hours undisturbed.
It’s the perfect place to leave the daily grind behind, have good conversations, or simply enjoy the stillness of the evening. The balcony is not just a place to linger, but a retreat that captivates with its location and invitation to relax.

The price per night is based on 3 people; the 4th person pays an additional 10 per night.

The visitor’s tax is 2.80€ per adult and 1.80€ per child aged 6–17; we’ll print out the visitor’s cards for you and have them ready.

Optionally, a linens package can be added for 8,- per person. It includes bed linens, towels, and a dish towel.
