âThe facility was beautiful, the Beds and room was great. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Jay who lead the paranormal tour was very knowledgeable and funny.
Resturant the three owls the food was great but took forever for the food to arrive at the table. The bread was served after the meal. Kind staff but the management of the kitchen communications needs work. â
âThe pool was closed. We couldnât bring breakfast back to the room. The staff was friendly until we left something, had to go back and they said we didnât leave it. After 5 minutes of going back and forth they finally let us go look, our item was in fact left behind. â
âThis is a hotel that you can use when you need to stop and rest for one night and go on your way. Wyndham acquire now âLa Quinta Innâ they need to put some serious money into renovating this place from top to bottom. Yes the staff is friendly and the room was clean. They have a Buffett style breakfast which was really good. â

âThought this motel was really nice, the room was very clean, and the bathroom was clean, nice fridge, and microwave. It was definitely worth the money. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay again and recommend. â
âThe room wasn't clean. We mopped the floor and it was so dirty the water looked like chocolate milk. It smelled and the cabinets were falling apart. It's like the picture on the website was their best room and the rest are in the slums. The elevator was filthy and going up 3 floor between 1 and 2 floors the elevator drops a little and scares you unti thinking it's going to fall. Staff was nice, but clearly this place is trying to improve, but I feel like i was mislead that this place was clean...

âPros: Our kids (7 and 5) loved the waterpark. The clerk at the front with the Stitch hoodie was so sweet and friendly. Free breakfast was suitable. Great value for the price.
Cons: The bathroom didnât have a working fan and the whole room was so humid. Our towels didnât dry in the slightest after 24 hours and no one changed them out during our 2-night stay even though we were out of the room all day. âThis was an exceptionally nice 3* hotel. We have plans to return. Staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. We even lost our car keys and they sent out a search party to help us find them! They went above our expectations as we just asked them to let us know if they were found. The lobby area is beautiful and made a great backdrop for some photos of our group dressed up. The rooms were wonderful. I have a couple minor complaints that honestly didnt detract much from our overall stay.
