âWe stayed 3 nights for a family wedding. The location was perfect. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed and lines very nice. Fridge was big enough for our needs. The shower was fantastic! Staff was friendly, breakfast had hot options. Nothing spectacular but appreciated nonetheless. We didn't eat at the restaurant but the menu looked good. The value was amazing. Higly recommend. â

However for the number of stars the hotel have itâs a bit of a disappointment. Pillows were lumpy, other guests were rowdy at 2am 2 nights, feels like a party hotel. No stairs to reach your floor, you could only exit. Elevator often busy due to bar and resturant being on the top floor. AC not quiet. Doors slams when closing. â
âIf youâve ever stayed at the location nearer the stadium & had a poor experience, do NOT let that stop you from visiting this one! While even this locationâs staff members werenât as visible as those at other hotels, they were very kind & helpful. The food at this Hotel Lotus was also fresher (with the exception of some chocolate milk which had gone bad before the expiry date, but that may be a delivery truck issue so who knows. I alerted staff & they had new cartons out the next morning w/even...
âGreat customer service! Very accommodating to my specific needs such as holding my luggage until check in so that I could go on a tour. And upgrading my room so I was able to check in earlier. â

âWe enjoyed our night at the Elms in late August. The rooms were updated & comfy, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds are lovely - it would be a beautiful location for a fall getaway. They have a nice pool, hot tub, several fire pits & conversation areas for guests. One thing to be aware of - there is one small elevator for 5 floors. It wasnât a problem while we were there, but it could be an issue for a large group. I would absolutely go back! â
