“Loved the inn as always Room was very nice and extremely clean.bed was a king size that slept Amazing. Breakfast was delicious with Wonderful hospitality by the owner .had musician on Friday night that was wonderful to listen to..restaurants are in walking distance to town square. We will definitely be back”

“This hotel is in an excellent location! Everything is literally right around the corner: restaurants, gas stations, the interstate, etc.! Upon arrival, we were greeted by a wonderful staff member by the name of Leslie. Her customer service skills were just incredible, which contributed to making our stay a wonderful experience. Our room and the property were nice and clean. We’ll most definitely stay at this location again if we ever travel to this area in the future.”

“The hotel was very new and clean. Full size kitchen and fridge! Ample parking. Bed was good. Every thing seemed great. However, it didn't include breakfast. But the part that didn't work out for me was the internet connectivity. I don't know whether internet was bad for the whole building or not. I stayed in the higher level and it was like no internet at all. If you need to work while staying in the hotel, this hotel may not work out for you.”

“We use Holiday Inn a lot. They never fail always clean great breakfast. Great staff good quality all around. We use these a lot.”

“The room was clean, and the staff was very helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near the amphitheater and is easy to access. Breakfast was good. Because the hotel is close to the road, the room was a bit noisy, but white noise helped minimize the disturbance. The bed was very soft and sat low to the ground. We would have preferred a firmer mattress. We had reserved a king room but were given a room with a queen bed and a daybed instead. Overall a good experience for a one night stay.”

“Property is dated but clean and well maintained”

“Checkin was a mess. I was told to take a smaller room than what i had paid for, i insisted and was then given key to a room that was already occupied (with bags and clothes everywhere) Some 20 min later i got access to an unoccupied room. Attitude of reception staff nonchalant. Later during the stay i again found reception staff members non-cooperative. The hotel is old and feels dingy. Room itself fine however. Easy access to downtown Raleigh by bus, stop just 200 metres outside.”

“My room smelled horrible. Incredibly musty smelling covered by heavy air freshener which did not help. Not very clean either.”

“Breakfast is simply muffins and only muffins there was a used rag in my shower when I checked into room 226. Other than that the room was clean. But I was very disappointed by the breakfast that was only muffins and coffee.”
