“Nice, if somewhat outdated hotel. The staff at reception was very nice and helpful. I can't say the same about the breakfast staff, that also has the most disappointing food of my trip.”

Nice and well kept breakfast -variation would be appreciated. Good shopping close by and Red Rocks is 15 min away. Wish carpets in rooms and hallways would be replaced or atleast cleaned. “The staff was friendly, but we didn't get room service any of the days we stayed (we were there 4 nights and did not ever have a do not disturb sign on the door). By the third day we were promised our room would get cleaned but it never did. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were quiet, the pool was indoor and nice.”

“The lobby smelled like farts. The first time I smelled it I assumed someone had just farted in the lobby, but then I realized it always smells that way. You really need to hold your breath until you get to the elevator. I booked a room with a sofa, and spent extra money for that, and my room didn't have a sofa; I got one of the cheaper rooms, but spent more money for it.
