“The hotel is very clean and the reception area is welcoming and friendly. We arrived and were immediately greeted and the check in was a breeze. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room has a spacious working area and comfortable seating if you like to seat and watch some tv or listen to music while relaxing. Breakfast is a definite perk here. “Air conditioning was good, TV didn't work well, but it was a great room for a night ”

“There was a pubic hair in my shower with the drain grate turned up and not in place upon arrival. The shower barely had any water pressure. I was on a first level room and it was incredibly noisy early in the morning as well as at night. The deadbolt latch to my door broke and fell off the door during my stay so I was only able to lock the door with one lock. I’ve stayed at this hotel before, but this stay was extremely disappointing.”

“Rooms are not clean, that was homeless people clothes in the room I supposed to stay. I left room immediately and booked another hotel. For over $110 they give you terrible conditions. I stayed in 3$ hotel in China and it was much cleaner than this.”

“The room I selected was listed as non-smoking, but it smelled strongly of smoke, as if it had been used as a smoking room. The parking area was dirty and did not seem well maintained. Breakfast options were also limited. Inside the room, some of the hangers were broken, and the bathroom ceiling was damaged. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations, and the property needs better maintenance and cleanliness.”

“No bottled water available. The only dispenser was in the lobby and was not cold. Very small set up with limited cups. No trashcan to throw your cup away. It was hot in the hotel my entire stay. Elevator was not working in the lobby. Had to take the steps or walk to the back of the hotel to take that elevator.”

“Its an extended stay so people around look homely. You can smell marijuana in certain parts of the hallway. Couches were rupped and stained and need to be replaced. Had to call down for remotes for the bedrooms(2 bedroom suite) Staff was nice, room was clean and size of rooms were decent. Was on top floor so didmt have to worry about noise on top of us although the doors slam really hard so you can hear that. Full kitchen was clutch. ”
