Please note: This is a residential building with full-time residents. There’s a strict no-party policy, quiet hours from 10pm–7am, and no smoking or hanging out in common areas.
We have 24/7 security & zero tolerance for rule violations. (Any evidence of a party or smoking inside the unit will result in a $500 fee.)
We have a pet fee of $150 for the extra cleaning.
Security cameras are in common areas. A noise-monitoring device (Minut/NoiseAware) is installed inside — it only measures sound levels (not conversations).
