Exactly as described. Clean. Convenient to all of our destinations. Great roof top patio with a sunset view of the lake. Thanks for the binoculars. Responsive host. Picture of using the parking gate would be helpful. Would highly recommend.

Spent a weekend in cleveland for a comedy show and Browns game. The loft apartment was perfect for our group of 6 friends, 3 couples. There is a pull out bed in the living room sofa.The location was great, and the views from in the apartment and on the private rooftop patio were epic. The space was clean, well stocked, and had everything we needed. Cleveland is a great city with lots of things to do and places to eat, some very close to this rental. If its available for your dates, dont hesitate, just book it. We plan to return.

I surprised my husband with a stay in the Flats for his 40th! The loft was perfect for us and his brother’s and their wives. The location is amazing, it’s so close to everything and the view from the roof top never gets old. The property owner was wonderful with every interaction we had. We would definitely like to stay again, possibly for a Browns game in the future!

Family of 5 came in Saturday and got to walk to flats for dinner. Went to Browns game on Sunday and got a win. Came home and was able to cook a family dinner on Sunday night. Great time

Excellent property in a convenient downtown location close to restaurants and most of the sights we wanted to hit- rock and roll hall of fame, progressive stadium, first energy stadium, the flats and the Jack- all within walking distance. The loft had everything we needed and we enjoyed spending time on the roof top deck.

Four of us native Clevelanders stayed here for a weekend 50th bday celebration. The condo is amazing - what a treat with the private rooftop deck! Great space, excellent amenities and the comfiest beds! Y’all - this is amazing any time of year but if you happen to be looking for a great place for a Browns game
