Weekend rodeo

Group of us came to stay the wseekend to go to the rodeo. It was absolutely beautiful. I would book this house again in a heartbeat.

The host was extremely helpful and communicative. The host was very clean and held a certain charm we all enjoyed. I would say that I had a bit more modern place envisioned from the pictures and thought the view of the lake would be unobstructed (there is another house behind this property) but these did not negatively affect our stay. Our granddaughter greatly enjoyed both the hot tub (we enjoyed it as well) and the lake! I would definitely recommend this place for travelers. It was very peaceful and the view from the dock is simply beautiful!

Stay in Cleveland

This property was clean and in a great location with excellent views! The property manager was prompt in replies and thus the check-in process and beyond was smooth and easy. I would recommend this to others!

Great location, great house, great host.

We give this accommodation a 5 star rating. It was very clean, comfortable and has everything you would ever need and more for a great stay. This house is very well decorated and has all the amenities you would ever need. The host was very nice and easy to communicate with. Hope to be back at some point.

Beautiful and great size house for two families, close to marina to keep our boat within walking distance, beautiful backyard with lake views, hot tub was a hit with the kids, owner very quick to respond with questions! Only downside is the upstairs would get warm at night (Mid July stay)

Pleasant Stay

The house was comfortable. The backyard to the lake was nice but it was still too cold to take advantage of. The only issue I had was the house was almost right on the road and that road although it was only 2 lanes was a fast roadway…the house wasn’t too attractive from the outside. The bedrooms were very comfortable. There weren’t any paper towels which was an issue because I was cooking for others . The kitchen was adequate. The manager was very communicative…thank you

DO NOT STAY HERE! The neighbor threatened us with a gun! There is so much to say about this house and why you should not stay there - the bare minimum had been done for cleaning. Mouse droppings were under the sink. Sink was clogged the entire time and water would not drain. Numerous broken items and dirty dishes. The upstairs where the bedrooms are located has no A/C. There are reasons why there are no pictures of the outside of the house! The hot tub was broken. A "repair man" was sent without the host telling us yet it was never repaired. The host provides no phone number for you to call her. Instead, you have to text her or use the Whats App. The host claimed we could not do an early check in because the house was booked yet the VRBO site showed it wasn't and once I showed her this, she allowed early check in. There are so many reasons why this is a waste of your money and you will NOT enjoy your stay. But you need to know the neighbor to the right threatened to "get his gun" simply because a child in our group sat on a large rock on the property line, which obviously we did not know. I spent the entire first night dealing with the police and children crying after hearing the neighbor curse at them and threaten us for supposedly "being on his property." We learned this was not the first time - there was an issue with this same neighbor 2 months prior which involved the police. DO NOT STAY HERE - you will regret it!
