The residence is a mere seven-minute journey by car from Kamm's Corner, the vibrant core of Cleveland's West Park. This area is known for its tight-knit community atmosphere, pedestrian-friendly streets, and a family-oriented environment that boasts a suburban charm. Similarly, the house is just a seven-minute drive away from Lakewood, another central hub within Cleveland's West Park, offering a dense neighborhood setting that is both walkable and welcoming to families, complete with the comforts of suburban living.

In 2024, our property underwent a comprehensive remodel. Guests can enjoy the convenience of contactless entry via an electronic keypad. Accommodations include a covered parking space and an additional off-street spot, ensuring ample parking for two vehicles. The living room and two bedrooms each feature expansive Smart HDTVs, complete with streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+. The kitchen awaits with a full array of cookware, utensils, and glassware, along with complimentary coffee and tea. Each bedroom is furnished with new, medium-firm queen mattresses for your comfort. The bathroom is well-appointed with all essential amenities to meet your needs.
