As you enter, you`ll be greeted by an open and airy space adorned with vibrant textiles, lush greenery, and an array of globally-inspired decor. The living area features cozy seating, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city, while the well-equipped kitchenette invites you to whip up a quick snack or indulge in a leisurely breakfast.

The loft`s dreamy bedroom is a tranquil retreat, boasting a plush queen-size bed adorned with soft, colorful linens, and an abundance of natural light streaming in through large windows. Additionally, the loft is also equipped with a custom second floor room that has a Queen size bed as well in it which gives you a ` real loft` experience. The en-suite bathroom is a bohemian paradise, complete with a walk-in shower and artisanal touches. Venture outside and you`ll discover a communal fenced in back yard that is large and private which is ideal for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a glass of wine as the sun sets. Our prime location puts you within walking distance of the city`s best restaurants, cafes, boutiques, and art galleries, allowing you to immerse yourself in the local culture and vibrant energy of the neighborhood. Our guest are allowed to enjoy the full space in the loft apartment.

We understand privacy so we will not be greeting you at the door. You will enjoy our self check in and out as if the loft was your own. But if you need us we are right around the corner for your needs.

The loft is just 3-7 min to downtown in an uber. This apartment is great if you are going to any Cleveland sporting events or concerts. Booking an uber is very easy and they are always 1-3 minutes away. There are cool stores, restaurants and coffee shops all within a walking distance away. The streets are safe and joyful to walk around if you need to get some fresh air.

- BB folk which has a mix of modern decor, clothing, spices and unique stuff. Highly recommend checking out and its located just 30 seconds away walking. On the corner of w 48th and Lorain. Just take as left out of the driveway and its on the corner in the commercial building.

Absolutely no smoking at all. There will be a $300 fine imposed immediately.

Late check outs- we do not automatically allow late check outs but in some cases we might be able to accommodate a late check out for a fee of $50 and hour. Guest must request a late check out the day before there check out day.

There will be a $150 fee applied to your reservation if the guest does not check out by 10 am.

No Parties, Gatherings, or Events

This property is intended for registered guests only. Parties, gatherings, celebrations, events, or get-togethers of any kind are strictly prohibited. Only the guests included on the reservation are permitted on the property unless prior written approval is provided by management.

Any unauthorized party, gathering, excessive noise, unregistered guests, or violation of occupancy limits may result in:

• Immediate termination of your reservation without refund
• Immediate removal from the property by management or local authorities if necessary
• A minimum $1,000 violation fee
• Additional charges for damages, cleaning, security, HOA fines, municipal fines, or any other costs incurred as a result of the violation
• Permanent removal from future booking eligibility

Occupancy limits are monitored and strictly enforced. Any attempt to host a party, event, or gathering will be considered a material violation of the rental agreement.

By booking this property, guests acknowledge and agree to comply with this policy. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for parties and disturbances to protect our property, neighbors, and community.
