“Ett standard hotell med hjälpsam personal. Använde service med valet parking mycket värt och de gav god service. Rummen var rena med den dagliga städningen varierade, ibland tömde de endast sopor. Ljust och fräsch hotell gym med enkel utrustning som hantlar, löpband, cykel och cross-trainer. Hotellet ligger mycket bra till för den som besöker university circle då det är gångavstånd till allt. Flera restauranger finns i området inklusive Little Itally. Med bil 5 min bort finns fler fina ställe...

“The only issue we had was the parking garage. We were one hour past our time and were charged $64 to exit the garage. Garage communication was awful. There was nothing stated what we would be charged if we went beyond the exit time”

“Amazing property. It was my first time in Cleveland. The front desk clerks were amazing and spoke formally. They were able to get me checked into the room. The room was very clean!! I’d definitely stay there again.”

“Check-in was quick and staff were welcoming. We enjoyed having the option for the wine reception. The room was sparkling and spacious. It didn't have the best view, but as we weren't there for long, that wasn't very important. ”

“Room was great, and staff was amazing. I didn't realize when I booked I didn't get a handicap room for my mother. The front desk worker quickly changed our room, and even helped us move our luggage. The bartender Eric was so so fun and made a long travel more enjoyable. ”
