“The casino itself was ok but could use some updates but was fine. The room was not the best at all the floors had multiple stains and we had a toilet issue that the staff handled right away. Bed was comfortable though”

“Mattresses are in bad shape, so worn you roll to the middle. Never saw a staff member at The Lodge other than check in at main hotel whom was very pleasant and accommodating. Place just looks tired inside but was very quiet in The Lodge which I appreciate for a hotel. ”

“First sight of our room, loved the space. Huge room. Then from dinged up door, to room stayed hot even with air on 63, we took a fan still couldn't cool the room off. Thermostat on wall was broke off, front desk came and tried fixing it. Was reading 81 in the room. Shower head looks like it has been on for decades. Cleaning staff needs to put effort to making sure hair from prior quest are cleared from bathroom. Now to pool area gross water didn't feel clean at all windows wide opened. Hottub...

“Excellent hotel for our visit to The Creation Museum. Free self parking, located on the Ohio River and rental bikes available made this a great hotel to stay in. We rented a one bedroom suite which gave us a lot of room to relax in.”

“I rent for two nights. My family and I noticed when walking down the hall the carpet looked like it had been vacuum in a few days. The toilet in the room we had the first night wasn't even bolted to the floor, when we pulled the fitted sheets back to check wr found hair then we had spiders crawling on the ceiling. “Please add a quarter vending machine in the room it self. Making a guest who’s in the 3rd floor go down to the help desk for quarters is not convenient ”

“The breakfast buffet was amazing! Scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, waffles, juices, bagels, cereals, yogurt, REAL butter, etc. We were so satisfied with breakfast, we were able to skip lunch. The bed was comfy and we had both soft and firm pillows on the bed to choose from. The bedroom and bathroom both were very large. The indoor pool was fun and hubby enjoyed the workout area.
