“Great hotel, great service with Valet and getting to the room. Clean and tidy. Nice room, silent, AC was et to 66 F which to us Europeans is freezing - but that was easily solved.
The only setback was the elevators that took forever in the morning
The surroundings offered very few breakfast places though. And the breakfast menu at the hotel was insanely expensive.”

“This is the first time we've stayed here since the remodel-it was well worth it. Everything was neat and clean, the rooms are well furnished and complete with "final touches" that really show customer experience was thought through when they remodeled. This is a wonderful stay and their prices are very reasonable for this location. The only thing I can say negatively is the breakfast could be better (breads weren't very fresh and not much fruit or yogurt type of options), but it was fine for a...

“Of the two elevators, one was broken, so everyone was waiting for one elevator, causing delays since you don’t have stairs. You should have stairs.
In addition, the room we had was next to the alley and the dumpster being emptied at 4 am was like a bomb going off.”

“The hotel looks great. I was asked when we 1st arrived to give a rating. I rated it a 5. We had 2 rooms. But then…The 1st night we found a room key from a previous occupant in the bed!!! This completely disgusted me!!!
Also, My father, whom I was bringing on this trip was having difficulty getting onto the hotel WiFi. He went to the front desk for help. The front desk attendant “Jamelia” rolled her eyes & treated him poorly. I expected better as I witnessed this walking up. I...
