The TV and air conditioner worked well, which is often a problem in other hotels at a similar price. The full breakfast was enjoyable. Plenty of free parking. âWe had a wonderful and rejuvenating stay at Extended Stay America!! Our king sized bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and clean. Loved the full sized refrigerator in the room as well. âGreat experience. New, clean, comfortable and good service. Nice breakfast and convenient location.
No room cleaning for 3 nights. I did not ask for it but that is the only area that I would have a minor complaint.â
âIt worked for the few hours I needed to stay but the room was pretty dirty. The bathroom had dirt on the floor and the shower was not clean. The floor had some stains/dried liquid that was visible. The beds were clean but one of the blankets had multiple holes in it that looked like cigarette burns? The whole room also smelled like smoke which is not good when the place is labeled non-smoking. â
