âFantastisk fint hotell/B&B. VĂ„rt rum kĂ€ndes helt nytt och var vĂ€ldigt fint inrett. Fans t om morgonrock och tofflor. Stort rum och badrum och en mysig uteplats. Personalen var super trevlig och hjĂ€lpsam. VĂ€ldigt centralt lĂ€ge i vackra Kinsale och nĂ€ra till alla barer, restauranger och shopping. Ingen parkering, men det fanns gratis i nĂ€rheten. BĂ€sta hotell vistelsen pĂ„ flera Ă„r. Kommer gĂ€rna tillbaka. Lite lyhört bara om man fĂ„r pratiga grannar. â

Rooms are old fashioned, but very nice and the beds are comfortable and you sleep great in them.

âOnline Coupley Court seemed like a colourful and unique place to stay at. In reality it was the opposite. Grey and dark. Literally dark since the lightning in both the room and kitchen was very bad and dim. You couldn't see a thing in the hallway mirror in the room since there was no light at all as you came in. The bathroom had dust falling into the shower cabin from the ventilation. The bed was so soft that I actually hurt my back by sitting down on it. The kitchen lacked most amenities and...

"I stayed for one night only, during a business trip. I booked a room with a double bed, but was given a room with two single beds put together. I requested to change, explaining that I have a bad back, but was told that there were no rooms of that type available, and was told they canât do much for me, when the correct thing to do is to offer an upgrade where there is a double bed. Itâs absurd to have to sleep with two beds splitting up underneath oneâs back when one books a room with a king/queen bed.
I also requested to check out an hour later so I could go to the gym, given that my flight was late afternoon. I was abruptly told that they do not allow any late checkouts, despite the statement on the website of the hotel that informs guests that they always try to accommodate late checkouts, and guests should ask.
I travel roughly 150 days a year for work and can say that the service at the Dean Cork is rude, unfriendly, abrasive and just overall lousy.
Bed was cracking and springs could be felt. Cracks on tiles and walls and doors in the room.
