âThis property reminds me so much of the KY State lodges (where I am from), especially the Cumberland Falls resort. Built around the same time, had major fires at around the same time
, etc. Cloudcroft is absolutely beautiful, so much history to enjoy, along with the cooler weather. I absolutely loved this hotel, itâs beautiful, itâs old, the restaurant is amazing, and the staff is amazing. Friendly, helpful, this place is a treasure!â
