“Mal servicio me dijeron q el check inn era a las 4 estuve 2 horas esperando y no me daban la habitación. Ni tan siquiera para la piscina me dejaron pasar disque hasta q me dieran cuarto. Pésimo servicio”

“The hotel needs a major upgrade! The toilets were disgusting. They had poop mildew, the wreaked of urine. The bathroom had mold. The beds were broken in bad. Please update the hotel. It has major potential.”

“I stayed at this resort with my family and we had an amazing time! We came for relaxation so we spent most of our time in the outdoor pool and jacuzzi. We enjoyed poolside food for lunch and the restaurant on site for dinner. Food and atmosphere were great! The entire resort including our rooms were extremely clean. Staff were super friendly. Highly recommend! We will definitely be returning!”

“No high toilets for those needing accessible. Needed also hand held showers. Shelf in shower for us who do long stays. Room was clean . Curtains were hung on a tension rod that fell off when you opened curtains. Should be a regular curtain rod for safety reasons. Attached to the frame. No, I would not recommend staying here.”

“The place was filthy dirty. I had to buy cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom. Teenagers ran the hallways and slammed doors all night. There's a broken down van in the front parking lot with people living in it. Honestly, it looked like a meth van. The hallways reeked of Marijuana.”
