Modern apartment in a private complex located in city center

Intercity Residence is the newest and most modern residential complex built in Cluj-Napoca. The construction was finished in March 2020. It provides high quality accommodation through it's apartments. The complex has a private entrance, gates being opened with the help of the guest's private phone number. The entrance in the building and in the apartments is made through a unique code generated in the moment the online check-in is complete. We provide our guests underground parking inside the complex, which will keep their cars warm and under surveillance. We put a lot of accent on the green life and space, that is why we wanted to build the complex near the park, so the guests can always taste the fresh air, they can be in a quiet and calm place but also, we have arranged a small garden where kids can play and it gives the complex just that taste of luxury, green and open space. The lightning is also present as you can see in the pictures during the night so that it provides a romantic atmosphere and a clear look over the complex. The complex was specially designed by an architect and designer in order to facilitate each and every guests ( wheelchair accessible, baby friendly, old people friendly etc. ) it has a modern and large elevator and only 3 floors because we wanted to put accent on space. That is why our apartments provide you 65mp of relaxation and privacy. The living room is large, with a sofa bed where 2 people can easily sleep, a big flat screen smart TV is provided with hundreds of channels and free netflix. Also around the complex there is a high speed internet connection through wifi. The kitchen is open space, perfectly equipped with coffee/tea maker, microwave, sink, electric hob, tableware, glasses, dishes etc. The Bedrooms are large too, with a king sized bed and a special designed place for the ladies where they can do their makeup. We also Have a modern and big Bathroom with a shower, a toilet, sink, room for a clothes washer if needed. We also provide you shampoo, shower gel, sanitary soap, towels, hair dryer and everything you need in order to make your stay memorable.
