Bör förbättras.
Dåligt bemötande, fanns ingen bokning, mus på rummet som sprang på oss på natten. Glasen byttes inte på 4 dagar, minibaren fylldes inte på, dålig städning. Bra frukost, bra läge.

Great location, calm and nice area by a small lake. Right beside a big mall with Pizzahut and Starbucks. About 30 minutes to walk into citycenter (2 euros to go by taxi, 0,5 euro to go by bus that stops right outside mall and hotel). Nice, clean hotel, design more like strict 60's. OK beds, big rooms. Staff did not seem happy at work and was not as serviceminded as one is used to at hotels. But we got the room for a really good price and liked it a lot. And our purpose with the trip was not to befriend the whole hotel staff and we mostly styed out of the hotel. So - we recommend it, if you do not need super charming staff ;)

They tried to charge me for parking until I showed the reservation that said, Free Parking. The front desk was very kind about it.

Not great but very satisfactory
Good stay overall, narrow bathroom. I only got one key card, left my laptop to charge when I went to dinner, no charge do to key room. Restaurant is amazing and service very professional. I got charged for parking with 2€. It should be included in the room charge.

Don’t get fooled y’all, this place is bad
Deception. A word that best describes my stay at this hotel. Staying at this hotel reminded me of Gordon Ramsey’s show, where he goes to the worst hotels and discovers the shocking truth. My arrival was not very much welcomed, the person working at the front desk didn’t even bothered to smile while charging me for my two night stay. The elevator made weird sounds and it’s floor had tiles which were broken, making it worse. I paid for a Queen bed and ended up with a room with two single beds, one of which looked like someone had slept there recently and the bedsheets were crumpled. Moving on to the room itself, it was nothing like the pictures I saw before booking my hotel stay. Carpets were so dirty, bed frames had dust, windows were not working properly and the towels had a funky smell. The only good thing about this hotel is that it’s extremely close to the mall, and that’s it.

Nice, confortable stay in Cluj
It was a nice overall experience. Service was great, People working there are very nice. I Could check in a couple of hours earlier than planned. Rooms are clean, they change the towells daily. The parking fee is very cheap. Very Close to bus station and taxi. Easy acces, beautiful scenario and balcon view. However, it seamed very noisy to me. You can hear doors slamming very early in the morning.

Altes Hotel aus kommunistischen Zeiten
Etwas in die Jahre gekommenen. Etwas abseits neben einer Shoppingmall gelegen. Parkplätze ausreichend und kostenlos. Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht, jedoch ohne Balkon bekommen. Türschloss defekt, öffnen der Zimmertür daher problematisch. Personal eher desinteressiert. Dusche stark verschmutzt, Rest des Zimmers sauber. Frühstück ist kein Buffet, sondern wird serviert und wirkt recht lieblos. Für 1-2 Nächte okay, wirklich empfehlenswert auf keinen Fall.

מלון במיקום מצויין, קרוב לשדה התעופה
המלון נמצא במרחק נסיעה של 10 דקות משדה התעופה ומתאים מאוד למי שנוחת מטיסה ורוצה לישון לילה בקלוז'. העיצוב של המלון קצת מיושן אך עם זאת החדרים מאוד נקיים, יש כל מה שצריך, יש מעלית, יש מזגן, הצוות במלון נחמד מאוד, ארוחת הבוקר היתה טובה, יש למלון חנייה פרטית לאורחי המלון ולרוב יש חנייה. המיקום של המלון הוא מיקום מנצח- גם מבחינת קירבה לשדה התעופה והוא גם ממש צמוד לקניון ונמצא מול האגם. ומעל הכל- דגל ישראל מתנופף לו בגג המלון אז יותר מזה לא צריך :-) אחלה מלון. מומלץ.

Ist ein 3-Sternhotel, da darf man nicht zu viel erwarten. Fuer eine Nacht ist es aus zu halten. Auffaellig: Es gab keine Nachttischlampen und auch keine Lichtschalter in der Naehe. ;-( Leider hatte Hotels.com kein 4-Sternhotel in jener Stadt angeboten.

A friendly helpful home from home.
This was my 4th visit to UniversT so it came as no surprise they they went out of their way to help me when I discovered that I had left my mobile phone on my flight from Munich with Lufthansa. I was particularly asisted by the young man on duty at Reception at 6.00pm on 3/7/17. Unfortunately I cannot remeber his name.

Good hotel for reasonable price in Cluj
Great location of the hotel in a nice green area over a small lake with a fountain. Nearby a shopping center with Multicinema. Very nice room and nice bathroom. Very nice breakfast with tasty products and a good variety. In the restaurant the service a bit slow without much care for the customers.

Preiswertiges Hotel in guter Lage
Wenn man nicht gerade im Zentrum wohnen möchte, finde ich Univers T eine sehr gute Wahl. Besonders schön ist der kleine See direkt vor dem Eingang, der über eine tolle Promenade verfügt. Auch das große Einkaufszentrum 1 Minute zu Fuß entfernt mit allen möglichen Läden, Cafés, Restaurants und eine Dachterrasse ist genial. Vom Flughafen oder ins Zentrum braucht man ungefähr 15 Minuten mit dem Taxi. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Bett war für mich nicht das gemütlichste, das kann aber natürlich an meinen Präferenzen liegen. Ich wünsche Dir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Cluj!

Could be better
Room quite clean but I found the trash basket full from the previous occupant. Rooms are big enough but I have always problem adjusting the temperature. When you book the double room you may have the impression to book a Kings size bad but you will and up in a twin room.

Nous avons profité d'une visite privée pour découvrir la vielle ville. Les transports en commun ou par taxi ainsi que les restaurants sont omniprésents et à des prix très abordables. Il y a moyen de se débrouiller en anglais.
