Thank you Natalie, as we do confirm with return email, the shared bathroom configuration (you share with two other rooms, never been a problem for others though) this is of course your responsibility to check. The two rooms overlooking the balcony are smaller, and we are absolutely upfront with our pictures and description validating this, again, you choose this, these are priced in our budget range as a reflection of the type of room on offer. And, of course fans are available, you should have just asked us we would have happily provided you with one, thanks for your stay, do ensure that you thoroughly investigate further bookings with providers though....just a thought.

Thanks for your visit, it certainly is a lovely building. Just to clarify though, there are only 3 rooms upstairs that share the bathroom, very difficult to ensuite all rooms given the historic nature of this building. We do however have 8 other ensuited rooms.
