“Very good service, hotel condition and amenities. Rooms are sound proof but the big road will make some noises into the rooms facing it. We asked for another room due ro sounds from the road and even got an upgrade. Big thanks to the personel that help us with this.”

“I do recommend Harbour House. Excellent location with free parking in the backyard. Friendly, forthcoming staff. Huge rooms with everything you need. A wide choice for breakfast tops it all up. ”

“The room was clean. Sink faucet in main area of our room was very loose. Sponge to wash dishes was used and filthy. Threw the sponge out and asked for another only for it to be replaced with another used one. Breakfast was hot but not the tastiest. Overall though, the price was reasonable for the room. ”

“Got there two hours before check in time. Our room was ready however they wanted to charge $30.00 for early check in. I never paid an early check in charge and told them so. They took all my check in info but I had to wait two hours to get the room key. There are many other options in Charlottetown so I will not be staying with Rodd Hotels next time.”

“Charlotte's Rose Inn was a wonderful place to stay while visiting PEI. The staff and amenities were outstanding and there were many dining and shopping options nearby. We took advantage of the free bikes and beach supplies that the Inn made available to us during our stay, and the breakfasts were catered to our different diets and absolutely delicious.”

“There was no breakfast (even though it was advertised) we had a jacuzzi tub room but there was hardly any soap, only stuff for the shower. Pool closed early. Furniture in the room was stained and pretty dingy. ”
