The Space:

The home features 7 bedrooms and 9 beds, providing plenty of space for families and groups.



The main living area offers an open-concept layout with a fully equipped custom kitchen, spacious dining area, and comfortable living room with an 85-inch TV and surround sound system.



The game room includes a pool table, air hockey, darts, Nintendo Switch, and additional entertainment for guests of all ages.



Step outside to enjoy the resort-style backyard featuring a pool and spa, waterslide, swim-up bar, Baja shelf loungers, multiple fire and water features, outdoor shower, putting green, giant chess, cornhole, ping pong, and several lounge areas designed for relaxation and entertainment.



The outdoor kitchen includes a BBQ, pizza oven, refrigerator, sink, and bar seating, while the outdoor dining area and large outdoor TV create the perfect setting for enjoying the desert lifestyle with family and friends.



Each bedroom has been thoughtfully furnished with comfortable mattresses, quality bedding, and designer touches throughout. The bathrooms feature high-end finishes and are stocked with essentials to help make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including all indoor and outdoor amenities.



Enjoy full use of the pool, spa, waterslide, swim-up bar, outdoor kitchen, game room, putting green, giant chess, cornhole, ping pong, fire features, and all outdoor entertainment areas.



Pool and spa heating are included at no additional charge. Please let us know before arrival if you would like the pool or spa heated for your stay.

Located in the heart of the Coachella Valley, Sol & Luna offers convenient access to world-famous music festivals, championship golf courses, casinos, hiking trails, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.



Whether you’re visiting for Coachella, Stagecoach, a golf getaway, family vacation, or simply to relax and enjoy the sunshine, you’ll find yourself close to many of the area’s most popular attractions while still enjoying the privacy and comfort of your own resort-style retreat.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended to fully enjoy the Coachella Valley and explore nearby attractions. Ride-share services such as Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the area.



The property is conveniently located near golf courses, casinos, shopping centers, restaurants, hiking trails, and major event venues, making it easy to get around and enjoy everything the desert has to offer.



Other Things to Note:

• Must be 25 years of age or older to book.



• Maximum occupancy: 20 guests. Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Unauthorized visitors are not allowed without prior approval.



• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in accordance with city regulations.

No outdoor music, DJs, amplified speakers, or excessive noise during quiet hours.



• Sol & Luna is a private residence, not a party venue.

No parties, events, DJs, commercial activities, photo shoots, or unauthorized vendors are permitted without prior written approval.



• No pets of any kind are allowed on the property due to severe homeowner allergies.



• No charcoal grills, mangals, hookahs, shisha, open flames, fireworks, water balloons, or glassware are permitted in outdoor areas.



• Please do not tamper with pool equipment, Wi-Fi equipment, security devices, televisions, thermostats, home automation systems, or any locked owner storage areas.



• No smoking, vaping, or illegal drugs inside the home. Smoking is permitted outdoors only in designated areas and all cigarette waste must be properly disposed of.



• Please do not move indoor furniture outdoors or rearrange large furniture items.



• Oils, self-tanners, lotions, hair dyes, and other staining products may damage furniture, linens, and towels. Additional cleaning or replacement charges may apply.



• The property is not child-proof. There is no pool fence or door alarm. Children must be supervised at all times.



• No diving, running around the pool, climbing on water features, or unsafe use of the waterslide. Guests use the pool, spa, waterslide, fire features, and all amenities at their own risk.



• Gardeners, pool technicians, or maintenance personnel may briefly access outdoor areas during your stay for scheduled service.



• Pool and spa heat are included at no additional charge.



• Guests are responsible for any loss, damage, missing items, rule violations, or excessive cleaning resulting from their stay.
