The house was very clean, spacious and accommodating for our large family, however one bath towel per person, no washcloths, no hand towels, was simply not enough. Shower curtains needed washed or replaced, as they were mildewed at the bottoms. There was plenty of parking available. Plenty of seating, dishes, kitchen utensils, etc. A/C worked great. Also nice to have the pool towels available. Communication was poor. Soon after we arrived (around 3pm), we could not get the hot tub to heat up, and sent a text to the host. Did not hear back until hours later, when they offered to turn it on remotely. Hot tub was not beginning to heat up until close to 9 pm. Same problem with the hot tub all the next day, and into the third day of our stay. They offered to turn it on remotely each time we wanted to use it, so we were at their mercy, according to how soon they would see our message and get back to us. Very inconvenient, since we were required to pay extra to have the hot tub heated! We finally figured out that it needed to be turned on with the main controls on the side of the house. Would have been nice, and saved a lot of frustration, if this had been explained to usAlso, one of the hanging chairs out by the pool was broken, and one of our guests was injured when she tried to exit the chair, and it tipped over on her
