Just 10 minutes from La Quinta Old Town, this 10-acre equestrian compound is nothing short of immaculate The property comprises three homes, including the main house with 4 ensuite bedrooms and lofty living spaces. You’ll find an eclectic interior design that blends modern, oriental, and Mediterranean styles. Open-air rooms take you from your bed to the saltwater pool and provide incredible indoor/outdoor living. All elements of the property are impressive, particularly the 5-hole pitch and putt golf course, and private lake with a dock for kayaking and paddle boating. - Please note that we require a security deposit of $2000 which will be collected after the booking has been made.
- The landscaper/gardener resides onsite and works Monday through Friday, beginning in the morning.
- Please be aware that there are connectivity issues with the Wi-Fi due to the location of this home.
- Swimming is not permitted in the lake.
- Pool heat is available for an additional fee but must be requested at least 48 hours before your stay.
- Please note: Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (June 1 - September 30).
- The pool can only be heated to a maximum of 83°.
- If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without our approval there is a fine of $1000 per pet.
- There are multiple stairs in the Carriage House Casita.
- This home has 4 rollaway beds/cots and two sleeper sofas for additional sleeping options, bringing the total maximum occupancy to 20.
- Please note that you must be at least 21 years old to book this home.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
