“The Inn is located in a central but still calm location. About a 15 minute walk to the top of Greenwich Avenue, and before that, all kinds of services that one may need. A very comfortable nice looking and stylish accomodation. And very quiet! The staff is present on site and availavble as needed, however, they are invisible the rest of the time. This makes you feel like you are staying in a private home...the other guests were visible at breakfast only. Had problems booking an Uber the day...

“This was an amazing stay. Renee is a great host. She is clean, personable, and professional. The home is very cozy, and while still a work in progress, the outdoor area is beautiful and teeming with potential. This is not a hotel or a motel, understanding this, do not expect the starchy atmosphere of those places, but instead appreciate the friendly, homely vibe. “It was a great stay. It was our first time staying at a Bed and Breakfast and will certainly not be our last now with such a great experience we had at the House of 1833. Evan was an exceptional host/chef. He gave us a tour of the home and the history. The breakfast in the morning was incredible from the homemade apple cranberry muffin to the Greek Italian Mac & Cheese Spinach Souffle. We would highly recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a quiet, yet close to town place to stay. ”
