The road to the property is in bad shape. but it has nothing to do with the actual property. Renting a car is better as the property is 10-15 minutes distance from the downtown Tulum. lots of privacy in the condo. It is at the edge of Tulum town center, but everything including grocery store, restaurants, beach, Cenotes, lagoons, Rui s and amusement park is within 10-15min by car. I loved quiet neighborhood and access to the hotel Bardo which was oasis in the jungle! Mariana was super helpful in resolving any issues quickly. I absolutely highly recommend this property.”
