Reservé el Bungalow y cuando llegué me dijeron que no estaba disponible, me dieron otra habitación con un segundo piso donde los huéspedes hacían demasiado ruido, yo reservé el bungalow y pagué el doble del resto de habitaciónes para tener esa privacidad y simplemente me dijeron que era esa la unica opción, de las dos noches reservadas, estuve solo una, preferí perder la segunda noche a pasar otra noche sin poder dormir.

Buenos días,Lamentamos que no haya disfrutado su estancia con nosotros. Ustedes alquilaron el Bardot Lodge, nosotros les dimos el Taylor Lodge que es más grande, tiene una piscina más bonita y es más cómodo en general. Hicimos ese cambio porque, como lo avisamos en los correos que les enviamos, hay una construcción a la par de nuestro hotel, y con este cambio intentamos evitarles las molestias y la proximidad con la construcción. También por eso, nuestros precios están un 15% más baratos de lo normal. Les dije que podíamos hablar y encontrar un arreglo si ustedes lo deseaban, lo siento que prefirieron irse.

AKWA units have a beautiful view of the ocean and all you can hear is the wonderful sound of the surf rather than the traffic of Santa Teresa.

This was an amazing boutique hotel located in Santa Teresa. The staff were phenomenal and super helpful. The room was spacious and super clean, with an extremely comfy bed, and very eco friendly! The pool was fantastic, and even though it was shared it really felt like a private pool as most rooms had their own. The view from the pool was amazing as well! The breakfast every morning was great. The hotel is up a very steep hill, so I would be prepared to do a hike uphill if you don’t have a vehicle. The hotel as well is a short walk to many bars and restaurants, including some great beach front spots! Overall would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santa Teresa!

We had a really nice time. Eduardo and the the staff are kind. The property is clean and modern. The location ja also great, you can even walk to Santa Teresa’s beach. We would definitely book again.

Super séjour nous sommes tombés amoureux de cette petite ville ! Je recommande un 4x4 pour l’état des routes et la montée pour atteindre l’hôtel. Eduardo est très à l’écoute et disponible, hôtel magnifique et très bon service. Mon seul petit point négatif serait l’accueil du premier jour vu le prix de la nuit mais sinon rien à dire.

Gracias por su comentario, efectivamente no tenemos servicio de restauración ya que para solo 5 habitaciones no es eficiente tener un cocinero a medio día y en la noche, sobre todo cuando la mayoría de nuestros huéspedes buscan visitar y salir a comer a otros lugares así que para 2 personas ocasionalmente es un servicio muy costoso.

La limpieza del sitio muy buena. No hay espacio de parking para más de 1 auto por villa. No hay TV, microondas ni A/C en el primer piso. Las escaleras de la villa no son amigables para personas mayores ni para niños. El sitio es muy tranquilo y se presta para descansar.

Gracias por sus comentarios. Efectivamente la TV es algo que no esta en nuestro concepto, la primera planta no tiene A/C ya que la idea es que el interior y la terraza sean un solo espacio. Finalmente entiendo que un solo parking para una pequenia Villa pueda ser un problema, pero es muy raro que tengamos la necesidad de mas parking,ademas hay donde estacionar todos los vehiculos extras en la calle, que es privada y resguardada por nuestro Guardia. En todo caso y lamentablemente son cosas que no podemos prometer, gracias y que esten bien
