Fastigheten ligger på berget i norra Santa Teresa, den mest exklusiva delen av stranden; bara en 2 minuters bilresa från den bästa bränningen. Huset ligger i en privat fastighet där cheferna också har ett hus (separat och privat). Njut av avskildheten och komforten i detta fullt utrustade hus med den mest fantastiska utsikten över hela kusten, från Cabo Blanco i Mal Pais, till Santa Teresas våg, medan du tar ett dopp i dess premium infinity edge pool.
Huset har två stora sovrum med vardera med ett privat däck med utsikt över söder, till soluppgången, och Playa Carmen, Mal Pais, Cabo Blanco .... Varje sovrum har en king size-säng med lyxiga sängkläder. Det finns också en bäddsoffa i varje rum för 1 eller 2 extra gäster. Båda sovrummen har luftkonditionering och ett privat badrum i varje. Varmt vatten finns för duschar, handfat och kök!
Ett fullt utrustat kök och toppen av linjen utomhus BBQ-området, gör det till den perfekta miljön för en perfekt solnedgång timme och middag ... gjort av dig eller våra begåvade rekommenderade kockar.
Även om naturen i sig är en show, är huset utrustat med en smart TV (Netflix, Youtube) och kabel-TV. Vi har också fiberoptiskt internet 20 mb.
Poolen har indisk kakel och en rinnande vattenbrunn på sidan. som du ofta besöker av bråkande apor, svarta hökar, ekorrkokuker och trogoner, har du verkligen en fågelperspektiv. Det är svårt att komma bort verkligen!
Marianne och Rob är huscheferna. De bor på plats. De kommer att vara där för att hälsa dig och visa dig runt, och hjälpa dig med allt du behöver, från transport, till reservationer, rekommendationer och mer!
Huset räknar också med städning. varannan dag. Du kan också låta oss veta om du behöver damen att komma ofta och vi kan ordna det!

Our stay was fantastic. Marianne was wonderful and thought of everything we would need. The home was clean and spacious, the pool area was gorgeous. The views were amazing as well we got to see a howler monkey up in the tree. The bonus was her doggies visiting us, Dolce and Pixie. So adorable.

We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay in Santa Teresa. The property exceeded all our expectations—it was even more beautiful and charming than described. From the moment we arrived, our host Marianne made us feel incredibly welcome. She graciously offered us an early check-in, greeted us with a lovely basket of fresh fruit, and went above and beyond by helping us arrange both a surf lesson and an unforgettable Isla Tortuga excursion.This trip was truly special for our family, and we’ll cherish the memories forever. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Exceptional stay

Paradise

Our stay at this beautiful property was absolutely spectacular! The pictures accurately depict exactly how everything looks. The location is in close proximity to the beach and town area which was very convenient. The sunrise and sunset views from different areas of the property were outstanding. The home, outside area and pool were clean and inviting, honestly we did not want to leave! The host helped connect us with a private chef to come and cook one evening and it was the best meal we had the entire trip hands down. We saw howler monkeys and all different species of birds on the property which was really cool. We would definitely stay again if we have the pleasure of coming back to Santa Teresa!

Amazing

We had such a fantastic stay! We were a family of 3 adults and 3 teenagers. There was plenty of space for everyone, a well stocked kitchen including a great coffee maker, comfortable beds, and Marianne & Rob were always available and amazing. We definitely spent a lot of time in the backyard, it was a great spot to spend a free afternoon, have coffee in the morning, or retreat to after a long day of adventures. The views are breathtaking!

Best Rental Experience Yet!

My wife and I were on the first leg of our honeymoon. Marianne was a wonderful host. The check in experience was perfect and welcoming. She was also very easy to communicate with even when our flight to Costa Rica was delayed. We felt like we received an authentic Costa Rican experience from an awesome local. From the small details to the landscaping and pool, everything was perfect. We were planning on eating out for just about every meal, but the kitchen was so well stocked and inviting that we made breakfast at the house every single day. Best house in Santa Teresa, Best host in Santa Teresa period.

Awesome, wonderful family getaway

This property is an amazing property, with amazing views, a great pool, every amenity you could ever need, all set upon a hill overlooking Santa Teresa. We stayed just about a week, and all my family (wife, 2 kids) said best vacation ever, largely because of where we stayed. Marianne, the host, is great- available for anything you need at anytime. Arranged to have a few ATVs dropped off at the house for us for a few days. The house is a true gem set in the middle of paradise. We will be back!

Amazing host, house and view!

We just spent 4 days with Marianne in ST. She was super responsive via WhatsApp at all times. The house was incredible and the view was everything one would expect for a ocean side hill top home. We liked being on the north side of town which had good access to ST and Hermosa beach. Home was well stocked with all the kitchen goods you could need. As others mentioned the road up the hill is like the rest of Costa Rica and a little rough, but after a couple times up and down became no big deal. I’d recommend putting your car into 4 Low on the way up as it allows you to go slower and navigate the bumps without worrying about keeping your speed up. We slept with the doors open and enjoyed the ocean waves plus howler monkeys each morning. Can’t say enough positive things about this stay. Cafe Social was one of our favs in town as was Somos.

Wonderful house with beautiful views

This is a great house. Updated, clean, open. The pool & view are wonderful. We've stayed at several different homes in the area & we saw the most monkeys & wonderful birds at this house. Marianne, Rob & Angelica were all kind & helpful. Make sure to have 4WD to get to & from the house. The road is part of the adventure!

Breathtaking Retreat

This was our first trip to Costa Rica and the entire experience staying at Casa Palo Santo was above and beyond our expectations. Marianne, Rob, Eugenia and the entire staff took amazing care of the three of us for our week long stay. The photos don't do this property justice, the views from every part of the house are stunning; all creating a serene space with the gardens, wildlife and the sounds of crashing waves from the ocean. You are just minutes away from the beach and everything you need in town to make your stay comfortable. This was by far one of our best vacations we have ever had and we'll definitely be returning to this little oasis in paradise.

Amazing! We honeymooned here and had a wonderful time! Marianne and Rob are so easy to communicate with and helpful throughout the planning process and stay. Amazing house and hosts

Playa Santa Teresa house is everything and more you want in a vacation home. The hosts Rob and Marianna were both so wonderful to work with and make sure every detail is taken care of. The house is perfect proximity to the beach with a perfect view. You will not be sorry booking this property. We will be returning in the future.

Thanksgiving in Costa Rica 2020

This house far surpassed our expectations across the board. The views were to die for, super private, impeccably clean & well maintained. Rob & Marianne were excellent hosts, extremely helpful (booked horseback riding, dining...plus, Rob is a chef who can hosts gatherings/provide meals). The location was amazing...up in the mountains with monkeys swinging from trees in the yard, views galore and just a short distance to the beach! Would most definitely stay in this home again.

A Month at Casa Palo Santo - And it still wasn't enough!!

He had the privilege of staying for one month at Marianne and Rob's gorgeous property. The villa itself is perfect for 2 couples - with two master bedrooms with ensures. There is a homey kind of elegance about the house - that made us feel so comfortable and yet so pampered at the same time. (LOVED THE COFFEE MAKER!) And that view! Rob and Marianne have a house on the property and were always there if we needed them - incredible villa managers with such great info and insights into the area. Rob is a Vegan chef and we hired him one night to cook for four meat eaters - incredible!! Quads are a must - and so much fun! Yes - the roads are dusty, but we found that to be part of the charm! We loved our month here smooch that we have already booked for next year. If you are considering Casa Palo Santo - honestly you will not regret it!!!

The perfect set up for Santa Teresa

My wife and I have been to Santa Teresa several times. We love it so much, that we just keep coming back. Everything about this house was perfect. This is hands down, the best place we have stayed. It is close to the beach and town, and yet raised up enough to give you spectacular 180 degree views of the water. We spent an hour or two everyday lounging in the beautiful pool, watching the waves, and wildlife all around. The hosts are so wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure we were set up for everything we need. The two bedrooms are equally perfect. The kitchen has everything you will need. Seriously, I cannot endorse this house enough. It can be hard to choose the right house with so many options in Santa Teresa, but let me assure you, this is the one you want! We will definitely be back!

Truly great!

We spent 10 days here in early April with our daughter and it was wonderful. The home, hosts and area, by far exceeded our expectations. The home is amazing with every thing we could have wanted and the view, pool and breeze, will be sorely missed as we travel back to the midwest. The hosts Marianne and Rob live right next door and were there to provide anything we needed, including in-depth knowledge of the local surf, food and obscure drivings instructions. They're both a pleasure to interact with and embody pure stoke for life and their beautiful area. We couldn't have felt more at home during our stay and are super excited to get back here.
