“Clean room, cold AC, nice & helpful staff. Breakfast a big plus just wish there were more protein options other than just sausage patties and the “fake” scrambled eggs. Yogurt and fruit was available and there are plenty of options in carbs. We will stay here again when we are in town for a ball tourney.”

“Breakfast was just ok. Not much variety. Room was ok as far as cleanliness. Bathroom tub was poor. It was so slick I could not bathe. And the bottom was rusty and had some kind of dirty glue residue? Did not use pool. The staff attendant was very helpful Saturday night when I checked in. The room did not have an item I had specifically called and asked for but when we arrived no such item. He upgraded to a room with item.”

“Room smelled musty, bathroom floor was very dirty, several chips in bathtub, overall did not look clean. Hotel is definitely showing its age and badly needs a major renovation. This is the worst Holiday Inn Express and Suites I have ever stayed at. Will not be returning.”

“Family suite was perfect. Hotel was up to date and clean. Staff was amazing. They baked fesh cookies, offered free coffeez tea, hot cocoa and flavored water. We will definitely stay here again. ”

“Was disgusted by the entire process. Upon checking in they couldn’t find my reservation. Somehow he made it work. All I can really say is that the ac was cold and the bed was that uncomfortable. Bed skirting was dirty and pillows and towels were stained and I swear they didn’t replace the pillow cases because one of them had makeup smear all over it. I was told the room was non smoking but it stank of cigarette smoke. The floor felt dirty and grimy. I don’t think they have a made service....

“The property needs updating. Staff was friendly. One tiny bar of soap for two people. No shower soap. No hair dryer. One queen was lumpy the other fine. Parking was good. Breakfast was underwhelming. No fresh fruit, although there was signage for such. We got to breakfast at 7:20, scrambled eggs were just about gone. Barely got a spoonful. Although they had a sign for pastries, there were none. ”

“I stayed for 5 nights and my towels and wash cloths were only replaced on the first night other than that they never came in the room too clean or replace anything. There were stains everywhere the toilet seat, the fridge had stains and chunks of old spilt food, the blankets and sheets and all were covered in stains. The rooms look nothing like the “remodeled” pictures your seeing in the listing.”

“Mold in coffee pot, no decaf coffee, expensive, no drinking water, tv don’t work, no internet. TERRIBLE”
