âA laid back atmosphere, that was clean, comfortable and very inviting. Austin is friendly and conscientious. He goes above and beyond for his guests. Itâs a small place and easy for people to talk to one another. A nice vibe. We would definitely come back again if weâre in the area.â

What can be improved is the parking for larger vehicles but a space was found for my husbands truck. Though the bathroom was tight, the room was spacious. Cooperstown is quiet but you feel relaxed and refreshed after your stay.â

âThe cottage we stayed in was adorable with our own little porch. John was so welcoming. The food for breakfast looked amazing even though we didnât have the chance to eat. They offer thoughtful touches like a sâmores set up for you if you want to sit by the fire pit and fresh cookies to take during the day. I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast if you are in Cooperstown. â
âWe loved everything about the beautiful place, what a mansion! It was a warm welcome by the owners. The room was amazingly huge and beautiful decorated. We slept like babies under the soft linen. We got a great tip for dining, so we could indulge with 3 course dining. Breakfast was made with a lot of love, we could request exactly what we wanted. đ€â
âCouldnât ask for better. Only complaint was the cobwebs on the deck chairs, railings, dusk lights, etc. arenât very attractive. Otherwise will stay again.â
