The Space:

Picture this: you step off the plane, swap your shoes for flip-flops, and within minutes you're walking through a private beach access path with sand between your toes. That's the rhythm of life at this ground-floor condo in Cocoa Beach, where coastal ease meets everyday comfort.



Living space

The condo has been thoughtfully refreshed throughout, with new flooring, brand-new A/C, and new windows and a slider fitted with plantation shutters that let the Florida light pour in. A TV and dedicated workspace round out the living area, so you can unwind or get a few things done, whatever the day calls for.



Sleeping arrangements

There are two bedrooms here: the primary bedroom holds a king bed, while the guest room offers a queen. Extra pillows and blankets, plus full bed linens, are provided in both rooms.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen has been remodeled and comes fully equipped for real cooking, not just snacks. You'll find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and baking sheet, alongside cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and wine glasses. The dining table makes it easy to sit down together after a day at the beach.



Bathroom

The single bathroom has been updated with a modern vanity and a walk-in shower, plus hair dryer, shampoo, body soap, and hot water.



Location

This first-floor unit means no stairs between you and the car, and free parking on the premises adds to the convenience. It's not an oceanfront unit, but the complex offers private beach access, so the sand is never far. A community pool sits just steps away, and a laundromat nearby supplements the in-unit washer and dryer for whatever laundry day looks like. Shopping and dining options are a short distance off, and the Cocoa Beach Pier, with its restaurants and bars, makes for an easy walk. For a bigger day out, the Kennedy Space Center and Brevard Zoo are both within driving distance.



Beach essentials, including towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear, are provided, along with self check-in via smart lock, so you can head straight for the water as soon as you arrive.

We provide keyless entry with digital door locks.

Cocoa Beach is a quiet and relaxing area that is perfect for those looking for a peaceful escape. Our apartment is located just steps away from the beach where the waves and the sand are waiting for you to enjoy. Take a walk to the famous Cocoa Beach Pier, home to several restaurants and bars. Go on a short drive to the Kennedy Space Center to witness the history of NASA or visit the Brevard Zoo, approximately 25 minutes away for an unforgettable animal experience. With everything that we offer in our beachfront apartment, you're guaranteed to experience the perfect vacation.

Lyft and Uber are prevalent in our area.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)
