This 2B/2B condo is conveniently located on the ground level, with sliders that open just steps away from the pool. Watch the sunrise everyday while you enjoy the sandy beach and sounds of the waves. Beautiful, updated kitchen features marble counter top and backsplash. New vinyal flooring in both bedrooms and both bathrooms. Parking right outside your door for easy access.

The Spanish Main Complex is known for its large heated pool and U-shaped building which is the perfect beach getaway. Come stay in the best the Spanish Main complex has to offer!

Great location close to the beach and restaurants. The host allowed us to check in early and out late, which was nice. This unit is one of the older ones that hasn’t been remodeled. The mildew smell was pretty bad. We called and the host brought a candle, plug in air freshener and changed the air filter, but the smell was coming from the vents pretty strong the whole stay. This would prevent me from staying in this unit again.

Great condo in great location!

Host was super quick to respond to questions. Loved the location on the first floor. Easy to unpack and walk out to the pool and beach. Beach was not crowded. We saw dolphins during a sunrise, and we got to see a satellite launch. A great time!

Family of 4 with boys ages 17 and 15. 4 day Cocoa Beach vacation. This unit was PERFECT for us! Check in was easy peasy. It was great being on the lower level and being able to park right by our door. The pool in the U-shaped courtyard was ideal. The beach was steps away and not crowded at all. We drank coffee on our patio in the mornings and could see the ocean in the horizon. We were able to see a night time launch right from the beach! And beach supplies! Chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, cooler, etc… was perfect for us folks who flew in! Definitely a home away from home(in a beautiful location!) I highly recommend this unit for a family or friends vacation. If we make it back to the area again, we’ll be sure to look this unit up again! Thank you!

Fabulous Stay

The condo was beautiful and the location was perfect for us, with the front patio door opening right to the pool access. The beach gear was so so appreciated and helpful, as we flew down to FL and couldn’t bring things of our own. Check in and communication with our host was quick and easy. She was very helpful & kind. The only improvement, in our opinion, would be the master bed. The mattress isn’t very comfortable and squeaks with any movement. Everything else was great and gave us a great place for our first visit to Cocoa beach! We will definitely be back! Thank you tons!

Spanish Main is wonderful!

We stay at Spanish Main twice each year. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Wonderful option for couples and families. We have stayed in several units over the years and this one has anything that you might need. The pool is wonderful and the property is quiet and safe. If you stay there once I guarantee that you will go back!

Great family friendly condo!

We loved the condo and the location was amazing. Pool was steps away, as was the beautiful beach. Condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Only improvement that needs to be made is the bed in the primary bedroom, although very comfortable, was very noisy and squeaky with every movement. ——condo was wonderful and would definitely book again!

Beach Stay before our Cruise
