Great Condo for Family Vacation

The check in process was easy. We received an email several days before check in with the lock code. The condo was clean and as pictured. The property is not fancy, but comfortable, clean, and perfect for a family vacation. We were traveling with a 14 y/o, and two adult children in their 20’s. There were lots of families with younger kids though. The pool was clean and heated so swimming was very enjoyable. The pool is deep which was fun for older kids and good swimmers. The shallow end is small so if your kids aren’t great swimmers keep that in consideration and bring appropriate gear. Access to the beach was easy with a wooden walkway and an area to wash the sand off when returning from the beach. The condo was stocked with dishes, linens, and towels like most condos. There was also a closet with some things you may need for the beach like a cooler, sand toys, beach towels, a few chairs, assorted boogie boards, beach umbrella, etc which was a nice touch! Restaurants and a grocery store are nearby. We had a great stay and would go back.

Good location on the beach

Good condo with private beach access and a nice pool. Condos are currently being painted so some construction noise and elevator in the building was out of service.

Quiet, comfortable and cozy

We booked this property at the last minute due to our other condo cancelling in Daytona. Hurricane caused damage at our original spot in Daytona. We are so GLAD we came across this property. By far the easiest communication and check in process we have ever experienced, and we have been booking for 13 years. We had plenty of room for our family and some extended family as well. King size beds were nice and comfortable. This property is on the 3rd floor. We are used to being higher up than that, yet it most definitely did not disappoint. Still a great view to the ocean and as a mom i love that the pool was right in my view to watch my child and husband splash and play. Rocket launched during our visit as well and we had an amazing view from the boardwalk. We would recommend this property for sure.

Your seating in the TV area was very limiting. There were 6 people,5 adults 1 child.

This one was entirely too small. Master bedroom had a TV but couldn't watch anything but local channels. The other bedrooms didn't have a TV. While we had a nice vacation it wasn't a great vacation. We will look to other areas next year.

Wonderful location, fully equipped condo

Easy to book, hosts were very responsive, accommodation was excellent—just as described/pictured. The view was beautiful—especially in the still of early morning with the sun rising above the ocean. The building was very quiet and the beach was not crowded. Very relaxing vacation! Visited DisneyWorld, Kennedy Space Center, and the National Wildlife Refuge at Merritt Island…all within easy driving distances. It is a very special spot indeed!

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The Condo was beautiful and we could not have asked for a better place to stay. The owners were so amazing, they knew it was our anniversary and left us a card and champagne in the fridge. Everything about our stay was wonderful!

Everything was absolutely perfect. My husband is in a wheelchair, so the only thing I would have changed would be a wheelchair lift into the pool. But we knew there was was not one so we were prepared. We has a great week. Thank you so much

Wonderful Condo and location

Our family stayed here the first week of July, for a softball tournament. The condo was very nice, and the views of the ocean were amazing. Jo Ellen was great to work with and provided all information to check in and make our stay enjoyable. Would love to come back for another visit in the future

Awesome vacation!!

Condo was as expected. Check in/out was simple. Beds are so comfy if you like sleeping on clouds. Kitchen was awesome. Fully stocked. Pool doesn't open until 9 and some days lawn care and pool care showed up and delayed this but other than that no complaints, people were friendly. Walked out onto beach around 11pm and stumbled across a mama sea turtle digging her nest and laying her eggs. Elevator works, there's 2 of them. Parking can be hard to come by later in the evening but you can park in grass behind garages, not bad. Watched a rocket launch then ate at Seafood Atlantic and watched the same rocket float by on a barge back to NASA. Waves were good and one day they were a surfers dream. Sandbar causes waves to break 2-3 times before getting to shore so you get alot of chances to practice surfing. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great Value

Great value for the cost. Condo was clean and comfy. Condo pool was nice and it was great to be so close to the beach. The area is great, lots of restaurants, shops, and things to do close by. Only complaint is some condo residents are not friendly. They were unnecessarily very watchful. Not a very welcoming feeling at the pool area.

Marvelous

The unit was perfect for our party of 6 adults. It was very clean and everything was in working order. The view of the beach and ocean from the balcony and master bedroom was marvelous. Waking my up to that view every morning was inspiring. Location was great, near shopping and restaurants. Only steps away from the beach. The unit had all the beach toys we needed. Would recommend highly.

Clean & Quiet

We loved the location! Convenient to everything. It was so nice staying right on the beach. It made it convenient for our family members to come & go as we wanted. It's down from the pier so the area avoids the crowds. The condo is fully stocked. Elevator w/carts definitely made it convenient with luggage & when grocery shopping. It was also nice having a pool to jump in for a change from the beach. There was a water leak in the kitchen from the unit above & Randy & Jo Ellen were quick to respond. Didn't inconvenience us a bit. We already miss Cocoa Beach!
