Njut av fantastisk utsikt över havet från din 3: e våning, direkt balkong vid havet. Denna enhet ligger precis intill den världsberömda Cocoa Beach Pier! Platsen kan helt enkelt inte slås! Denna enhet har en king size-säng i sovrummet, två enkelsängar i gästrummet och en utdragbar drottningssoffa i vardagsrummet. Dessutom tillhandahålls allt du behöver såsom gratis höghastighets trådlöst internet, strandleksaker och tillbehör, sängkläder, handdukar, ett komplett kök, i tvättmaskin / torktumlare och mycket mer.

Piren är perfekt för människor i alla åldrar. Oavsett om du vill fiska, spela beachvolleyboll eller njuta av en trevlig middag och dryck finns det något för alla. Du är också bara några minuter från den berömda Ron Jons Surf Shop, som är en topp lokal attraktion.

Njut av alla bekvämligheter (utan kostnad) som byggnaden Chateau by the Sea har att erbjuda, till exempel en uppvärmd pool vid havet och privat tillgång till stranden. Great location, actually perfect. You can see launches from Cape Canaveral as well as cruise ships from the property. Extra special because we could bring our furry family member with us, our little dachshund. Beds were comfy. Only suggestion would be to get comfortable couch and chair for living area as well as felt applied to bottom of dining chairs. Will definitely return.

We enjoyed this property very much! It was quiet and accessible to everything. The balcony overlooking the pool and beach was perfect. I enjoyed sitting there in the early morning to catch beautiful sunrises, watch ships and boats pass by and even got to see dolphins every morning!The rooftop made it super easy to watch launches from the Cape which was one of the main reasons we chose this spot.Easy walking distance to several food spots and ice cream for the family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location

The condo was a great location with view of the beach /pier . The pool was nice for the kids to go to after the beach . We traveled to Universal which was only an hour away very convenient . We will definitely be coming back . The Marina was a great place for dinner and fishing charters . Check in was very simple and Kitchen had everything you need with grocery store 2 min away .

Beach oasis

Amazing location, right on the beach! The condo is clean with updated decor. Bathrooms are very small, but nice to have one in each room. Master bedroom is big with a good bed. Second bedroom is pretty tight. My only complaint, both bedrooms need new blinds since the windows open to the hallway. We had to hang towels for privacy. It was also very bright on the morning. Overall a great place and amazing location!

Property had a great view. Listing shows a larger bed in photos. Stock photo used no actual. Staff at the porperty not very friendly and floors in condo had been fairly dirty. Enough so a white wash cloth turned almost black. Corner and baseboards in every room dirty. Stove and oven had issues working.The owners of this property did a nice job on updates. However whoever maintains it is not doing very well. If I owned this condo I wouldnt be happy with cleaning and maintenance.

Great Location

This condo is a great location for a beach vacation. We loved the fact that the Cocoa Beach Pier was just a short walk down the beach. The condo itself is nice enough... the rooms, especially the bathrooms, are VERY small. But the price was good and everything in the condo was in good working order. Overall I would recommend this place.

Beautiful View

We loved the condo, it was just as described, really better than described as it is closer to the beach than the pictures show. We were able to see a space shuttle launch during our stay which was amazing. It was a wonderful vacation. We will for sure be back.

Fantastic Condo! You will love the view.

We couldn’t have been any closer to the Beach. Plenty of room for four adults. The pictures are true in the listing. Master BR Mattress is Wonderful! The bathroom are on the small side, but they work. Loved that one had a walk-in shower. Building is quiet and well lit and the elevators are quick. You don’t need anything as chairs, cooler and toys are provided. The checkin was easy and the communication was Great! Very Helpful. I highly recommend staying here and we will be back for sure.
