PLATS, PLATS, PLATS! Närmare stranden än många hotell vid havet! Denna 1BR-lägenhet är en del av en tyst, tio enhet, Boutique Vacation Rental Complex som erbjuder vackra, moderna, lägenheter vid kusten på en resort-stil med mindre än en minut promenad till stranden! Sväng höger - den berömda Cocoa Beach Pier; Sväng vänster raketer och kryssningsfartyg!

Denna lägenhet med ett sovrum - Unit E - har en king size-säng, badrum med badkar och en bäddsoffa för bäddsoffa. Utrymmet är litet, men har allt du behöver för att njuta av din semester. Kvartsbänkskivor, originalkonstverk, vitvaror i rostfritt stål, refinished terrazzo och vackra brickor. Vi tillhandahåller endast högkvalitativa sängkläder (bambu eller mycket hög bomullstrådantal), och utrustar lägenheten med platt-TV, små apparater som blandare / kaffebryggare / brödrost, etc., och de mest bekväma möbler / madrasser (Serta, Stearns & Foster, Beauty Rest).

Promenera till fantastiska restauranger, shopping, minigolf / trädklättring / zip-foder! Direkt tillgång till stranden över en sömnig, grannskapsgata. Varje lägenhet inuti har nyligen renoverats för att ha en modern men ändå bekväm kustkänsla, och utsidan har uppdaterats med ett nytt utomhusdäck / pergola, uteplats och vackert landskapsarkitektur och belysning.

Även om enheterna är vackra är de viktigast av allt med allt du behöver för att njuta av din semester och de är extremt rena. Du kommer att märka den vanliga kommentaren under våra recensioner.

Vi erbjuder allt du kan hitta på ett traditionellt hotell (strykjärn / strykbräda, hårtork, kaffebryggare, sängkläder), och så mycket mer - glas / tallrikar, kvalitetsredskap, köksredskap, barartiklar, mixer, brödrost, etc. Du behöver bara ta med en baddräkt för att njuta av din strandsemester. Du behöver inte stanna vid dollaraffären för strandföremål som kommer att kastas, eftersom vi också tillhandahåller: KVALITET badhanddukar, strandväska, vagn eller vagn, stolar, leksaker, personliga kylare och parasoller!

Det finns också en utomhusdusch, ett gemensamt utomhusområde med en pergola, en chattområde och grillar, samt ett tvättstuga på plats. Startkaffe, schampo, tvål och startpappersvaror tillhandahålls. Vi har försökt att tänka på allt du vill ha på en semesteruthyrning, så att du verkligen kan njuta av din vistelse.

Location, Location, location

Awesome very clean place!! Just as nice as our house but on a smaller scale. 2 minutes to the beach with all the beach equipment included. We will absolutely be back next year if not sooner. Bring paper towel if needed.

A little disappointing

Overall, it was a great location. Cute small place for 2. It was rather crowded with 4 of us. I was very disappointed after a 17 hour drive showed up only to be told that there was no reservation for the unit that we reserved 9 months in advance. And the apt. was not ready. The cleaning lady went back-and-forth with the owner on the phone as we sat in the heat exhausted. They finally confirmed we have a reservation after I showed her on my phone.. We had to wait for the apartment to be cleaned. And I was also told by the cleaning lady that the owner was gonna reach out to us. Never heard from them, not once. No communication at all. At the very least I expected an apology. Just be careful even though I received my confirmation email a week before our arrival When showing up at the property they had no clue I had a reservation. Makes for an extremely stressful trip.

Great place!

We stayed 2 nights before a cruise and it was perfect. Cute place that was accurately described. Beach is across street (not beachfront) but easily accessible. We wish we could have enjoyed it but weather was terribly rainy, cold, and windy. Liked the shared outdoor space. Would stay again

Loved this VRBO property! Was super clean and perfect for our stay in Cocoa Beach! Quick walk to the beach and easy access to Publix, Duncan Donuts and many great restaurants. Would recommend and would definitely stay there again!

We loved our stay here and recommend it to anyone who is staying in the area. All areas of the property were clean and tidy. Right next to the beach. Everything was comfortable and in great working order. Access to all of their beach items was such a huge convenience and we greatly appreciated that accommodation.

Great property. Close to the beach and fun things to do.

Unit looks just like the pictures regarding age and wear, so what you see is what you will get, which is a good thing! Updated, cute, close to the beach. Bathroom is a little smallish, but other than that, the unit is great for a few nights stay. Fairly quiet, very clean and convenient. Owners' response to our questions was very quick and they are friendly to deal with. Definitely a place to consider if you want to stay in the area.

AVA has everything we need and want—Proximity to the beach, fresh, clean, well appointed, and a thoughtfulness to the tiniest details and amenities. Perfect!

Property is absolutely fantastic! As a family of 4 (kids age 14 and 9), we had no problem. Kids shared the pullout sofa. Property was as clean as a luxury hotel. Located just short steps from the beach and all you would need to enjoy the beach is available to use. A bigger vehicle such as van or large SUV might be tricky to park as it is tight. We had no problem with truck. Only stayed two night but kids are begging to come back.

Great Place!

Very clean property close to the beach. Nice restaurants within walking distance. Close to the Cocoa Beach pier, but far enough away to not be so crowded. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommended it.

Fantastic Stay - 5*

Stayed here with my wife for a week and it was perfect for us. One thing to check is that there are a couple of different variations of rooms. We chose one with a separate bedroom and then an open plan living room/kitchen. There are other configurations so check that out if you need something specific. It had everything we needed, toaster, microwave, cooker, fridge/freezer plus utensils, plates etc. Location was brilliant we were able to walk to the beach in bare feet it was that close. Plenty of places to eat if you want to eat out or a Publix or Dollar General in walking Distance. 10 minute drive if you want something like a Walmart. Also had a room full of beach equipment that you can use so no need to bring everything with you. We were a bit worried when i saw a review saying parking space was a bit small and also room size but I can say that every room has an allocated parking space and there was plenty of room, someone even had a double cab pickup and that fitted. the Room size that we chose was more than big enough we were very happy with it. Definitely a 5 star review for us

You could stay for a few days or a month!

This is the perfect place to stay in Cocoa Beach with everything you need! They have thought of everything! The beach is steps away and they provide everything you need including beach wagons, umbrellas, beach chairs and coolers. The beach itself is a 1 minute walk and is big and beautiful. The property is very well kept and quiet. The outdoor space makes this the perfect place inside and out. Everything was in great working order. We will rerun and we do recommend!

This was our second stay in this unit. We adore spending a few days here to decompress after Orlando! It is clean, comfy and close to everything. I love the well-stocked beach room with wagons, chairs, toys and coolers. We really love this space. Cant wait to come back!

Cute rental

Cute property, very small apartment. Can’t see ocean. It is behind the hotel across the street to the side of the property. There were only 2 of us so it was fine and it wasn’t beach weather. Parking was tight. All in all it was okay. I would recommend for a single traveler.
